I went to this Cold Stone Creamery on Monday 12/19/22 around 8:30pm. I parked next to a gray Dodge Charger that was running with no one inside. Before we went in I noticed three young men behind the counter. As we were reading the menu and talking about what to order I asked one of the young men how long they had worked there, since no one seemed to know the prices or processes to make anything. They answered it was their first day. One of the young men, who was tall with medium length dark hair, was wearing a black beater tank top, another, with shorter dark hair, had on a black pullover hoodie, and the last had blonder hair and was wearing an actual Cold Stone uniform. The three young men were laughing and messing around before we ordered and the whole time we were at the counter. After they couldn’t figure out how to make anything we had ordered, I decided we would leave. We drove around the parking lot while we decided where else we could go. I noticed the same gray Dodge Charger leaving the parking lot. It’s my guess that two of those young men were not employees but friends of the one kid with the uniform on. I understand wanting to have fun with your friend but doing it at his job, by trying to do his job, isn’t a great way to do that. I felt bad for the people who ordered before us and had to deal with them messing around. I hope Cold Stone takes this seriously and makes the correct actions...
Read moreAside from the obvious that it is good ice cream, the hospitality and the care that the workers take for their customers is truly remarkable. I had came in to order my usual, a small cake batter ice cream with cookie dough and as I payed and left to go back to my car (It was 9:20 pm at this time) I had realized that I had lost my car keys. I went into a little bit of a panic, as I told the employees working there they took no hesitation into helping me. Searching every area, around my car, in the store and within my car with care. They took my problem into their hands with the same worries as I had, as if my problem was their own. After 10 minutes I had checked in my jacket pocket and I had found the keys were there, much to my own stupidity. A long tiring day can do things to a person. As I let them know, they showed no frustaration to my negligence and even as I offered to tip them for their help they refused. One of the workers had even seen that I had been stressed out, and offered to buy me a drink on him which I did not accept because their help was already enough for me. This location truly has good employees, who care for their...
Read moreFinally giving up on this location. We've ordered online several times and never received the order correctly. Mainly, they never have dipped bowls, if they have any bowls at all, and instead of refunding the bowl or replacing it with something close, they just say and do nothing. We've tried to address the issue at least twice in the store and they claim they cannot do refunds or exchanges and say we need to ask for a refund online if we want one. We tried that and online it says to contact the store. We've gone in person to order a few times, and it's been good twice but otherwise they mostly don't have a lot of menu items and/or the employees are pretty careless. Last time we were immediately informed upon entering that they won't accept credit cards, cash only. My mother in law said "okay, I have a $50" and they responded that they won't take anything over a $20. Our order was around $45 total. The girl working seemed almost happy to keep presenting road blocks. They didn't have 2 ingredients and did not have the chocolate dipped bowls. At least we didn't pay for...
