Usually I love this place. The male manager is always on top of everything, including the wait line at the counter. My to go orders are always ready to go. I wrote this review as I was being served. Sorry for the length. However, I went today to get some doughnuts for my kids and my daughter wanted one with sprinkles and it's hard to believe, but the lady told me they didn't have any chocolate frosted with sprinkles. I asked if they could just add some to one for me, she said no. I asked if she could give me some on the side in a cup and she said no. I asked if she was out of them and she just ignored me. It's hard to believe since they did have others with sprinkles. Just surprised, felt like I was maybe lied to by the way she walked away when I asked if they were out of them. In addition, they made my mocha frapp and it was like water. They said it needed more ice so they re-made it which was good. The icing on the cake though was that I ordered three doughnuts and I was waiting for them for like ten minutes when they asked if I needed something and I reminded then that I still needed my donuts. Then the lady brought me two that I ordered and I said I needed the third one and she told me I only ordered two, so I showed her my receipt where I paid for three and she apologized and said I'm so sorry and just walked away without offering me a different donut or a refund. Another lady brought me the drink that she remade and I asked her if they were going to give me a refund or another donut. While I was waiting they sold the remaining donuts and were now out of stock. The lady went to the back to see if there were any more and came out with more of them, but the real kicker was she brought some with sprinkles. So I was lied to about them not having any with sprinkles and was lied to about how many I ordered and was completely ignored regarding the fact that I paid for more than they were giving me. Just really disappointed in that kind of customer service and lack of care for the paying customer. I just hate being lied to like that. I have a Dunkin donuts app on my phone with a rewards balance and I constantly keep funds on it. So I'm not just some random person I come to this place...
Read moreThe manager George is completely and inexplicably rude to customers. I’ve been a customer of Mayfield Dunkin Donuts for a while now and frequently visit. Upon that time I would visit people whom I’ve become friends with that work there. Earlier today I went in to get some food after school and there was a small line. I saw someone I knew working and was excited to make small talk before leaving with my order. After she got the 1st out of a few customers the manager George came up and started taking orders. Obviously I didn’t mind, they seem to trade places a lot with people at registers or window workers. But not once did he smile at a customer, had a very rude tone and would not stop staring me down as if I was some sort of delinquent.. when he would take someone’s order (including mine) he would harshly flip the credit/debit card scanner towards the customer and walk away. He was specifically rude to me since he knows I’m good friends with one of his employees. He messed up my coffee order and didn’t look me in the eyes when handing me stuff nor say “have a good day”, like the usual worker would. Even after I said “thank you have a nice one”. Normally I wouldn’t mind this behavior bc I used to work in a fast food business but his appearance and attitude was utterly disgusting. His shirt was so far unbuttoned I could see his chest hair falling out, it was disgusting. Read morePlaced a mobile order and part of the order I requested a decaf latte. When I arrived to pick up my order the worker told me they were out of decaf coffee and asked if there was something I wanted as a replacement. Being pregnant I can’t have the caffeine so there were no other drink options and I asked if I could just replace with a food item he said yes then said he had to double check. He came back saying they don’t normally do that and to keep it in mind for next time. Then proceeded to not even give me the item I asked for as a replacement but instead a plain donut with nothing on it. I could care less if they’d said no we can’t do that but at least after scolding me like I come through there multiple times a day everyday to keep that in mind for next time on what I can replace the item they were out of with. They should probably keep that in mind for all future orders to actually give customers the correct items they ordered and also not speak to them scolding them like they’re...
