Panera Bread — Restaurant in Mayfield Heights

I wish I could give ZERO stars! Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital Location. I ordered a Green Goddess Salad, the dressing was spoiled, tasted and smelled spoiled! Antony yes Antony w/o the "h", said unless there was a hair in my salad OR it was made incorrectly there is no refund! WELL... the dressing was spoiled he said they don't issue refunds for me saying the dressing was spoiled he saw the dressing made this morning! He said the policy states no refunds! Well there is no policy posted and he refused to show me anything with this statement on any policy! This salad was $12.99 I'm not going to eat it, he did offer me something else, however I had this spoiled taste on my tongue and only wanted my money back. I will NEVER EVER PATRONIZE this place again! Oh and the avocado was brown on the salad, if it was made fresh it would have been green! Spacious area even in a bustling and crowded hospital.

It's not far from the entrance and easy access to the main lobby of the hospital. Prices reflect normal panera bread prices. Food was OK.

We enjoyed stopping in here on the way in and out during our extended stay.

Customer service was OK, lines were a bit chaotic, koisk ordering only which I dislike. I realize it's the new direction of things, but human interaction and compassion can go a long way when visitors are just overly stressed and full of grief. Personal interaction is...

Got the pick two. Half tuna and Mac and cheese. The service was very fast as I went and orders through the drive through. However there was like nuts and brown things I have no idea what they were in my tuna sandwich…. Super bummed tried to pick out but by then I had like no tuna left.. waste my money on this meal. Will not be back to this location.

Panera themselves changed the bread to white…never knew this so wasn’t pleased with the new break choice rather have had the previous kind.
