Excellent customer service!!! I didn't get her name but one of the employees was such a great help and explained almost everything they had available including gluten-free options. We didn't order ahead but luckily they have several cute options for individual gifts as well as mini bundts and whole bundt cakes ready to go...she even told us we could wait in our car while they prepared ours to go AND when she brought our order out to us we added 3 more individually wrapped bundts and she gladly offered to pay it inside for us and bring them out again so we wouldn't need to go back inside! It's little things like that that leave an impression and keeps customers coming back....we will definitely...

Cakes are delicious. I only wish staff was held to the same standard. My daughter finished a ballet recital and we drove fast to their place. We arrived a few minutes before their closing time. The cashier ran to the door to lock it before we got to the door. What a way to destroy a little girl. Is sad to see that the cake was already there, she just needed to close at the right time. So the staff is willing to get out of their way, to avoid a last customer, close early and affect a 5 yr old in a tutu. Bravo! to the lack of human decency. And forget about all the business we would have given you in the future ...Just when the economy is going down ( expensive cakes and all) Very...

Nothing Bundt Cakes never disappoints! The cakes are always incredibly moist, rich, and full of flavor. I love that they offer so many sizes—from the cute little bundtinis to the full-sized cakes—perfect for any occasion. The cream cheese frosting is hands-down the best part: smooth, sweet, and not overwhelming.

The store is always clean and welcoming, and the staff is super friendly and helpful with recommendations. They also do such a beautiful job with packaging and decorations, which makes the cakes feel extra special as gifts.
