Fuzzy’s Taco Shop is hands down one of the best places for tacos and burritos I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in, the vibrant and laid-back atmosphere instantly puts you in a great mood, setting the stage for an amazing meal. The decor is fun and welcoming, with a casual vibe that makes it the perfect spot to enjoy incredible food with friends or family.
Let’s talk about the tacos. Fuzzy’s offers an amazing variety, from classic options like shredded beef and chicken to more unique flavors like tempura shrimp and spicy chorizo. Each taco is packed with flavor and has a perfect balance of textures. The toppings are always fresh, and they don’t skimp on the ingredients—every bite is filled with savory goodness. One of my favorites is their Baja-style tacos; they have this perfect blend of bold spices, fresh veggies, and creamy garlic sauce that takes it to another level. The tortillas are soft and warm, holding everything together without falling apart, which is something I always appreciate. The flavor combinations are incredibly satisfying and keep you coming back for more.
Then there are the burritos, which are equally amazing. These are not your average burritos; they’re huge and loaded with ingredients, making every bite super satisfying. I love the shredded brisket burrito; it’s tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection, with just the right amount of spice. The burrito fillings are always fresh and high-quality, from the perfectly cooked rice and beans to the flavorful meats and sauces. Fuzzy’s gives you the option to add queso or guacamole, and both are absolutely worth it—they add a rich creaminess that makes the burrito even more indulgent.
Another standout is their queso, which pairs perfectly with any taco or burrito. It’s creamy, flavorful, and has just the right amount of spice to give it a kick. I find myself ordering a side of queso every time I go, even if I’m just getting tacos or a burrito, because it’s seriously that good.
Fuzzy’s prices are also really reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making sure you have everything you need to enjoy your meal. Whether you’re dining in or taking it to go, the experience is always positive.
In summary, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop has set a new standard for me when it comes to tacos and burritos. The flavors are bold and authentic, the portions are generous, and every dish is crafted with care. If you’re a taco or burrito lover, Fuzzy’s is a must-visit spot that...
Read moreI am writing to request that higher management at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop contact me immediately regarding an unacceptable experience I had with your store’s staff while trying to resolve an issue with a delivery order.
I placed my order through the Fuzzy’s mobile app, entered my address correctly (I have a screenshot of the confirmation), but when DoorDash confirmed the delivery, the address was missing entirely. I received a message stating my delivery required further instructions, but I was unable to get in touch with anyone after following the steps provided.
When the delivery window expired, I contacted the store directly to request either a refund or a fresh order at no extra charge, which I would pick up myself. The first employee I spoke with told me that neither of these options was possible, and I would have to pay again if I wanted my food. She also said I’d need to contact DoorDash for a refund. When I called DoorDash, I was told that refunds had to be processed through Fuzzy’s Taco Shop directly.
When I called the restaurant back to explain this, the employee became argumentative and said she would need to get her manager. Unfortunately, the manager was even more combative. She interrupted me multiple times, and I had to ask her to let me finish explaining the situation. She then argued with me about whether the DoorDash driver was going to get paid, implying that this needed to be resolved before I could receive any assistance.
I explained again that DoorDash informed me they would issue a refund to the merchant, and the merchant (Fuzzy’s) would need to refund me directly. She put me on hold, and after waiting five minutes, I received an email confirmation of my refund—but she never returned to the phone to address my concerns or apologize.
The entire interaction was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Both employees I spoke with were combative, dismissive, and lacked knowledge of how your delivery process works. I was given the runaround, which wasted my time and left me feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously.
I hope that higher management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that proper training and professionalism are implemented at...

We came in on a Saturday for lunch, there was only one other couple in the place. I ordered a couple of shredded beef tacos on corn tortillas.... easy enough. The order came up really quick and the first thing I noticed is that the corn tortillas looked like they were pulled straight out of the package...white, cold and mealy. Other than being rather tasteless, these flaps have poor mouth-feel texture and the wet meat and toppings tend to make the whole damn thing fall apart while handling. Oh, hell no!
Simple solution, right? Put them on the griddle and heat them up and put a brown on them like every other street taco place between here and Mexico.
So, I asked the manager to ' please cook my tortillas'. He looked at me like I have two heads! With an attitude, he hands them back to the cook. Returning to the table, I barely sat down before announce my order is ready, again. Really? They may have been new tortillas but they were definitely in the same cold condition. When I asked again to have them cooked the manager stood there and argued with me that they were cooked. I said he probably wouldn't stand for this at his own home where you can bet his wife wouldn't serve it that way. So, on the 3rd attempt I got back sufficiently cooked corn tortillas.
I used to be a real Fuzzy's fan and have tried a number of locations as I travel. One thing I have noticed, is that since they've gone corporate franchise and now have many locations the better-experience had decreased.
Sometimes the experience is just the crew on shift at the moment, as in this case, I believe. However, I've had the same cold corn tortilla treatment at other Fuzzy's so it may be it's something in their method.
I do know that their competition is kicking butt and is always busy. Fuzzy's need to pay attention to the details that would increase satisfaction and barely cost...
