I went to eat dinner tonight with my son and was hoping for a good meal however it was a disaster from the moment we walked in. Itâs Friday night about 8:00pm and the place is very slow. Maybe 8 tables full. The hostess was less than enthusiastic to see us there. As soon as we sat down, our waiter Billy was quickly at our table to take our order which was nice since we knew what we wanted and since it always takes so long for our food to come out, we thought the sooner we order, the better, but when he started to argue with my son about why he would order the California chicken sandwich If he didnât like avocado, I started to get irritated. He could have simply suggested to remove the avocado but he felt it was more important to argue with my 9 year old son instead. The Oreo milkshake came out quick but it was either made with chocolate ice cream or WAY too much chocolate sauce because it tasted like a chocolate shake and nothing more. Our food took well over 45 minutes to an hour to arrive and the fries were cold and our onion rings were so over fried that they werenât edible. I had the BBQ chicken wrap and my tortilla was rock hard and the inside was dry. Barely edible. My sons food was just terrible and he didnât eat it. He took maybe 3 bites and was instantly in the bathroom. Our waiter didnât come back once to see how our food was. He didnât fill up our drinks as they clearly sat empty. When I finally saw him and asked for our check, he asked if we wanted boxes as he stared at our plates full of food and I said no because it was awful and not edible. His response was that after 1 bite, they can not remake the food or do anything about it! Then as he brought back my change, he said he hoped my son would feel better as he was still in the restroom.    Read moreSo my family and I usually love Red Robin but the service these last few times havenât been great and this last time actually left me upset with the server. I ordered the bottomless fries and a drink and a burger, well I got one round of fries and the service was actually quick during lunch (which this was our first time getting lunch there rather than dinner which takes like an hour and gets you easily like 3 baskets of fries in the wait time). Well the food came out and I didnât ask the server for a box, she came over and put one in front of me and I asked âexcuse me, can I actually get another basket of fries?â Which would have made 2 actual baskets not like an excessive amount and she told me no. I asked why and she said âbottomless fries are only in the restaurantâ and Iâm sitting there in this booth and respond saying âokay well can you take the box back and I get another thing of fries because I wasnât done eatingâ and she said âyouâre cuteâ and walked away. Then she made us wait like 15 minutes before even getting us the check. I get why they donât want people getting a thing of fries to go, but I wasnât done and I was still in the restaurant prepared to keep eating, but she kind of patronised me like I was a kid and I felt really disrespected. I also feel like the menu lies because it doesnât say you canât get fries to go, and it definitely is advertised as bottomless, so not only was I disrespected, I faced false advertisement or that employee wasnât properly trained. I will say in other experiences there I never had an employee patronise me like that, but if you go for dinner be prepared to wait anywhere from an hour to two hours for food, but at least the people working the dinner shifts usually let you take fries home without calling...
   Read moreIt bothers me that red robin thinks they have to over staff. It doesn't make the staff more friendly. The hostess at the door have no personality and usually are to busy talking among themselves. The waitstaff is always nice and food is better then the G.P. location. We actually drive to the Medford one, because G.P. is a joke.

6/13/2019 So, today we come in and had to put in our name for 3 they said it will take 20 mins, and I can see 32 tables and yes I counted that is how many empties they had at 12. They opened at 11 and the way they act as if they just opened. The 4 host look dazed and confused. A huge party left cause the got tired of waiting for what people you have tons and tons of empty tables. For the place that just opened the bathrooms are disgusting. The womens bathroom was a mess. They still are confused on who to seat and why the table got tired of waiting. It seems Red Robin is going downhill fast. We usually come to Medford because Grants pass is a joke well guess what joke is now Medford too. Well we got seated and guess what the waitress seems lost. We haven't seen her and you guessed it the tables are empty so shes not busy. We are still waiting and not a waitress around. Guess what she ( Brittnay)came finally well good news she's at least nice. The host people are still not sure what or who to seat at all the empty tables they looked still lost at the job. We just watch them seat 14 next to us in a spot with 12 tables can your host count he still is absolutely dumb founded on what to do..... Good training R.R.!
