Señor Sam's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Medford

Can't say how the food was, because between the restaurant staff, and the door dash delivery driver, i never recieved my food. It was much to my surprise when the delivery driver got to my house early, i was like "yaaaay fooood" like everyone else does who orders through them. He had trouble finding my place (in his defense i have a complicated address) and was in such a hurry to leave. Going in and opening my food and it was the wrong order (it happens, i totally get it). I had recieved cold nachos that i didn't even order instead of the chimichangas i was so desperately craving. Called the door dash employee back to let him know and he told me it wasn't his issue any longer and to contact doordash to receive a refund. I had money, i paid for food, i wanted food, it wasn't about the money. I called the restaurant and was told by a very rude young lady that it was door dashes fault the wrong order was given to me and to contact them for a refund. Neither party wanted to take responsibility for the mishap and offered no solutions to rectify it other than showing up to the restaurant to collect my food myself. Both parties decided to blame the other instead of accepting responsibility and offering a solution. Being that its my first time with doordash (usually only use grubhub) and first time with Senor Sam's it left a foul tasting first impression on me. Needless to say i won't be giving business to either anymore because frankly, they didn't seem to care that this whole ordeal even happened and acted like my order didn't matter. i expect a certain level of cafeteria style of fake mexican food when i get food here, but this time.... was the final and big straw.... i got something simple... 2, meat enchiladas... any mexican food should be able to nail it.... what came... , to be fair.. did look like enchiladas.... with this massive pile of huge(lazy) chopped onions, piled to one side.. with a literal lake of soupy sour cream, pooled up and covering half of it.... i bit into it, and was met with a red chile sauce, as flavorless as the name of this restaurant, once i got past the mundane and non exsistant flavor of the chile sauce and reached the meat.. the second "star" of the dish... what i bit into, was barely more then overcooked pork jerky... it looked like it was supposed to be good... but i imagine the cook, tired of cooking horrible food, just threw the meat on the grill to reheat it, and let it sit there till all of the moisture left the meat... much like what happened when i bit into the pork jerky.... it was so dry, i had to grab a cup of water, while chewing for 3 minutes.. trying to swallow sandpaper that wasnt even flavored like chile, there i sat.. like the hungry fool i was.. determined to finish this meal... and only made it half way, before i finally gave up and gave the remaining encilada to my dogs.... which, may i note... went instantly to their water bowl and chugged water like it was a hot summer day, right after eating this...... pork jerky wrapped red colored embrassment they sold me under the guise of an enchilada... i feel, legit.. ripped off.. and honestly... not gonna make the mistake of getting "mexican" food from this cafeteria..... id rather go to...

Don't go here. My girlfriend tried to put in an order for pick up, and the lady that answered the phone was remarkably rude. Which means I will never give them my business either. When we tried to order some burritos, the lady asked what kind of meat. Now maybe they have never had or thought of having chorizo or el pastor, but some places do. ( Muchas Gracias has chorizo, for example) Well, the lady just laughed and said- Did you even look at the menu?" Super rude to my girl, who hung up on the nasty lady on the phone. A little common sense customer service tip: if you mock and/orlaugh at your customers, they will go elsewhere. We went to Maguey's instead and have never been disappointed or ridiculed.
