This location is very convenient for me(distance wise). But I'm going to have to start going to the one near Fred Meyers, because today they missed one of my wraps and I called after already driving back home. They said to bring back what is wrong with the food, and they will make what is missing. I end up bring all the food back. Because the food that was missing was for my mother-in-law. I was not going to eat all my food in front of her, while she starved. Plus by the time I got her food, and get home my food would have gotten cold. I wanted them to remake my whole order, but they said policy is to only remake what is wrong with the order or make what is missing. So I asked for a refund. And they did give me my refund of the whole order. And this is when I question the policy. Since I got my money back, I can hypothetically have them remake the whole order. But since I was already upset with this location(Jackson Street). I decided to make the drive to Fred Meyers and use that same money that they refunded me to the other location(Fred Meyers/Center Drive) And they made my food way better, warmer and all the food was there. So I guess if you do plan to go to this location, don't expect hot food, and you're gonna have to triple check their work and make sure all the food is there. Also, another thing isn't that part of their job to make sure to give you all the food that you paid for. I get everyone's human, and we make mistakes but listen to the customer if they wanted to be remade....
Read moreThis isn't the usual taco bell we order from but my app wouldn't work, it was on the wau home so I went inside. Ordering at kiosk only. Not an issue. I stand waiting for 15 minutes when finally an employee says to me "Do you need to pay cash?" I said "uh, no? I paid on the kiosk when I did my order". He doesn't say anything else to me. He proceeded to the back saying "Guys I messed up and gave her order to someone else, see this I need you to make it." Still no word to me. I'm a pretty patient person, another 15 or so minutes go by. He brings the food over to the counter tells me it's done. 4 items are missing, he tells me I'm wrong every, single item, until he checks his little screen. Get home, Food is atrocious. Chicken cantina tacos, completely smashed under everything, the beefy 5 layer tortillas were hard as a rock some how, splitting open. Doritos locos tacos, broken shells but okay. The fries were stale and cold. Pretty sure this was the most awful fast food experience we've ever had. I just want to add, if you hate your job and are just going to be rude to customers when you're wrong. Don't work customer service. This taco bell needs SERIOUS help. Badly.
