Toasted cheese isn't just a food truck. This place is an experience. They have an amazing menu centered around toasted cheese sandwiches. I went with the monte cristo which has ham, turkey mayo, Muenster cheese dipped in egg then toasted and topped with powdered sugar with a side of raspberry jam. Attended the holiday festival around 2 p.m., and although the event was scheduled to continue until 6 p.m., I had a disappointing experience. I, along with several other customers, purchased mac & cheese and waited nearly 30 minutes only to find out they had run out of forks.
