Visited this place twice since moving to the area. I spent almost $30 on a coffee and a breakfast biscuit and the wait was quite long despite only a couple of customers. Today I stand for more than five minutes waiting for someone to take my order. There was a skinny young dude working in the front with two other people in the back. The guy upfront seem to be working hard while one girl was in the back just standing around and another girl comes out of the back on a computer and on the phone appearing to be handling personal business. After several minutes, she asked the girl standing behind me for her order while she knew I was the only customer in the building for quite some time and was next to be served. When I made a passive comment stating never mind, I guess I’m not hungry or thirsty, both the worker and the customer looked at me like I was crazy yet she continued to serve the girl behind me. I will say the skinny dude upfront was working hard, but he never once addressed either of us customers when we arrived. Today was absolutely terrible even though there were only a few people being served. The food in the coffee are both decent but definitely not worth the money even if the service were better . I just moved into this neighborhood in this place a block away from where I live and it is very disappointing that my neighborhood coffee shop doesn’t deliver better service. I really hope this problem gets addressed, but for any other people, considering trying this place out, you may want to consider something else. At this point, I feel I’d be better off getting hospital coffee from one of the nasty hospitals...
Read moreI recently started coming here after my workout. It's convenient so I tolerated mid service and mid food/coffee. Today however was the breaking point. Every time I come here there is hardly anyone, but today there were a few more people than usual. I must have been standing there 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I am usually patient waiting but a little "we'll be with you shortly" would have gone a long way. It honestly felt like because there were a few customers of a certain demographic, I guess I had to be treated like a second class citizen. I walked out because their overpriced, mid food and coffee were not worth any of that gross customer service. I thought I'd give this location a chance but it seems like the bad customer service is true all across...
Read moreHello, I don't know if you remember me but I was a homeless man who came in last November who was looking for an addiction treatment center and asked if I could do any work for a cup of coffee and maybe some food. Well I have four months clean now, I'm back on my feet, Im not living on the streets any more and I can't thank you enough for everything. You motioned me to sit down asked what I wanted and wanted nothing in return. You're a true angel. I was so cold, hungry, lost, and vulnerable and you were so caring and compassionate that whenever I think about the folks there who helped me in my darkest times, you were one. When you're an addict so many people don't understand that a person has a complicated brain disease and you looked past that...
