I love subway, so to leave this review with one star should say mounds! I made my order online, giving 30 minutes to have it ready, when I got there, the order was not ready. But I understand IF a restaurant gets busy. But when my family sat down to eat, I found out that my order was made incorrectly! When I called a girl (not lady) answered the phone, and as I told her what happened, she cut me off with a dry tone and told me the manager would be there in the morning then hung up in my face. I was not yelling, and try, belligerent, or acting any way out of my own character...I mean, its a sandwich, its not that deep. But I guess she did not feel the same. So I called back to ask her her name but was met with an actual attitude from a other young girl who told me she doesn't know what that's important which I then explain how I was concerned that I wasnt talking to a manager and wanted to know who I spoke with (simple information) but this child hung up in my face too.
It is disgusting behaviour and should not represent any company that serves customers. (and this is someone with years of great customer service and satisfaction) nastiness and attitude is never an option! Read moreI was about to get charged an extra $4.00 for meat swap. Told the cashier that I only swapped out one meat and not adding extra. The person who fixed our food couldn't hardly hear when we were placing our orders. We had to repeat ourselves to him at least 3 times. I asked him to swap my roast beef for Salami on the club sandwich. He made this expression and repeating my request as though it was surprisingly unheard of while making quirky eye contact with the customer in front of me. Acting as if I was saying something weird. I never had this issue with Fire House Sub or Jimmy John's Sub sandwich restaurants, and we usually get our sandwich with no problem and go. The Subways I've been to only charge for a footlong or six inch. If the meat was hot, then there the price charged would be more like Philly steak. If it was cold like the Cold Cut Trio, then you got charged less. This is a "not have it your way" Subway and different from the ones I have been to. Customer should choose what 1 to 3 meat they want on their sandwich. This was ridiculous. I had to argue about it then. Read moreI took a chance on this Subway after getting burned at the Subway on Union and Poplar in this area and tired of driving 15 minutes to go to the one at 4000 something Summer Ave. This is my new favorite Subway location!!!
For some background, I have only ordered at this location through the app and have been ordering from this location for the last 2 weeks (8 sandwiches total).
The location is extremely clean. More importantly, the workers are nice and don't have a tude. They were the first location to make my sandwich as ordered following the directions note that has requested to add a ton's ton of pickles. So far, I have massively enjoyed each and every pickle filled chew on my sandwich!
