Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Memphis

This may be one of the lowest reviews I’ve ever done. I thought it was only right that I came on here and shared my experience. I ordered a pepperoni, oil and vinegar sandwich with american cheese, but apparently they didn’t have american cheese for some reason. I discovered this when I opened my sandwich to find 5 pieces of salami. yeah. no joke, five pieces of salami inside the bread. that was literally it, nothing else. so I go to ask what happened and a lady apologizes and remakes it for me, this time correctly. but when I open it the outside of the sandwich was literally drenched in oil and vinegar, not on the inside but the outside of the sandwich, I didn’t end up eating it, might be because I’m really picky. Other than that tho the atmosphere and people were nice. anyways, three stars overall. appreciate the lady who remade it for me but I definitely thought my dining experience would be better. Hope next time I go to a jimmy johns it’s better. Thank you...

In the past this location had reasonable customer service. For this particular visit, there were 2 employees. One taking care of the drive through and a female employee just standing behind the counter seemingly bored. Zero greeting from either. I stood there and waited. Finally, the guy working the window came over and spoke quietly and non expressive as he took my order. The female that made the sandwich, though did ask if I needed a bag, never once gave any friendly interaction. Just a dazed, bored look with zero interest in communicating, just a basic look of contempt that seems so prevalent now in this area. If we pay 16 bucks for a combo at least customer service could be present. It’s sad to see this franchise get like this as the service used to be great in the past. Looks like I will stick...

I came in around 2:20 ish on 7/16/23 and ordered the chicken caesar wrap. Tried to pay with my card, but the machine wasn’t accepting it. I didn’t catch the woman’s name that was taking my order, but she was super helpful and offered to grab the manger to sort the issue out. Told her no biggie and I’ll pay in cash instead. Wasn’t trying to though since I wanted to leave a cash tip. Either way things went well and I wanna salute the team for their hard work 🙏🏾🫡 (Found out the issue regarding my card. Long story short, I made a large purchase before coming in and I have a protection plan with the bank I’m with whom intervenes on any big purchase I make till I verify that I indeed made the transaction.
