Edited 11/1/23- The cauliflower crust is no longer vegan. So no way to get a gluten free vegan pizza anymore. 😢 Therefore reduced rating. The person was honest about the crust ingredients when I noticed it looked different. Original review: The cauliflower crust is gluten free and vegan and they also have vegan cheese. The gluten free crust has eggs, so it's not vegan. They charge $5 extra for a whole cauliflower crust that they cut off a piece so it can fit in a box they say. However, I was eating it at the location so I didn't need it to go in the box. Therefore they shouldn't cut any of the whole pizza that they charge so much extra for. The half is less, but the whole is just a personal person size pizza. See pictures. The crust was cooked pretty well, but the toppings were really cold still. I mentioned to the first worker that I had allergies, and she seemed new and did not do anything to avoid the cross contamination. The second worker I told I had allergies and to please change the gloves. He gladly did and even went to the back to get my toppings. I was glad with that because all the toppings seemed to be cross contaminated. Overall, the higher cost of about $15 total for a one person pizza, the cold toppings, and the lack of allergy knowledge of the first worker lost the star. I'm glad there is a place that offers options for people with food allergies like me, and the one worker that was very helpful. 2nd visit: Told them to cook it a bit longer to make sure the veggies were warm. They did a better job. The cauliflower crust was great. It is still expensive at $5 upcharge, but good when you want a healthier gluten free vegan pizza option it is good. After mentioning I had allergies, they wiped down area, washed their hands, & changed gloves before adding toppings to the pizza. The toppings did not appear a mess like the first time, so they took veggies from the toppings in the case. Just fyi for people with allergies or food intolerance.

See these beautiful, succulent, cinnamon dough bites in the photo? They are delicious! But apparently the ONLY way to get your hands on these bad boys is to order them online. Even when you plan to still order and eat at the restaurant… let me explain. This is the second time we have went here for dinner and after going through the line and ordering our food, we asked for an order of cinnamon bites at the register. Both times we were told “sorry, we’re out” by the cashier. We understood the first time, sad, but no big deal. The 2nd time my husband thought he had spotted some off to the side in a to-go container. Being as determined as he was for these babies, he decided to place an order online for them to-go and see what happens.. well, what do you know… 10 mins later he goes back up to the register to pick up our online order and there they were - packaged, warm, and ready to-go. We love Pyro’s. Our pizzas were great and these bites taste great as well, but we really do not appreciate being lied to! Why would a business NOT want more sales? If they take too much time to make or they’re that big of a hassle, then maybe Pyro’s should consider removing them from the menu. But I don’t recommend the employees just lying to customers when they don’t want to do it.

I placed my order online. After the pizza was brought to the car, I noticed that it was not entrée size and was burned….so I took the pizza inside to be remade….the gentlemen making pizzas/salad didn’t have mask covering nose… this is concerning since omicron Covid variant is highly contagious…. I was also instructed by the manager to “get back in line to have my pizza remade (but this was an online order so I was never in line)”….. long story short….I received a refund….the manger did not seem concerned about the poor quality of the pizza; or about her staff not wearing mask correctly… very disappointing because Pyros has historically been my favorite pizza spot!!!!!! :(

Type of food: pizzas, salads, frittatas, more Food: 8.5/10 Service 10/10 Atmosphere/Cleanliness: 7/10

First off food is excellent. Fire fresh pizzas that are thin, crispy, and delicious. You can choose from the many pizza or salad options they have or create your own. They are very efficient in getting your food made, cooked, and to your table in under 10 minutes. We've never waited long, even during peak hours.

Service is always excellent. Everyone is always friendly and courteous. We've never had an issue with an order, with a need, or anything. It seems everyone works well together and that translates over to the service provider to customers.

The atmosphere is nothing special. I feel like the seating is kinda cramped and the overall restaurant layout is not ideal. The Coke Freestyle fountain machine is too close to the front counter and can cause a bit of a jam, especially when you have a bunch of people getting drinks/refills. I know this place gets busy and they tried to get as much seating in as possible, but I think it could benefit from a better layout. Having said that, the restaurant itself is clean and offers seating for all party sizes.

One of our favorite pizza places and kid-approved! Will continue to come here for a our...
