This has been by far the worst experience I’ve encountered in a while. I only ordered a “roni calzone” it took 45mins to receive it. There was no communication that the first was burnt accidentally until they brought out the corrected one which was not completely cooked in the center i left the uncooked cheese and pepperoni on the tray …so no one thought it was a good idea to say “hey it was a mistake made with your order we are remaking it” they brought beignets to try make up but this was “thrown” at me I felt so i wouldn’t say anything about the wait. I gave a 3 due to communication. My child ordered a raspberry lemonade & had a refill. I wasn't told that they charged for refills for this. So, that was $8. Secondly, I asked for a mixed drink with Angel's Envy in it. The waitress advised that I can get a "Loving Me Tender" with Angel's Envy. I was like, okay, sounds good.
