This is the worst school I could have ever been to. I was signing up for my summer class, while I was signing up I check with my adviser to see if the classes was right for me to go to and then in the middle of the classes there this one class that was so hard and I couldn't understand why so I talk to my teacher and she ask whats my first class I was taking, I told her and she told me I was in the wrong class so she told me she will email some people to see who I should talk to, to see if I can get my refund. So I went to each person that work there and also went to the administrator no one could help me or get my refund. So now my $8 hundred something dollars is down the drain I will NEVER come back to this school ever again, I'm so pissed off on how can employees live with there self taking my hard working money away from me, this life we live in is hard as it is and to make it a lot harder for me makes it stressful SOUTHWEST ISN'T YOUR...

Financial aid@macon wait time is extremely ridiculous. I came in 2pm and the young lady next to me had been sitting since 9:45 and still was not called until 3. Absolutely absurd. I can’t assume that I know what the ladies were doing. Only negative thoughts when you have over 60 people in the waiting area and your #is in the 200s and they are only in the 90s. They are chatting amongst themselves and no one sitting in front of them; it becomes quite disturbing and pushes you away from getting anything done. Like I said, I can’t claim that I know what the ladies are doing on the computer but it seems like the main goal of getting people out of here is not a priority. I feel so sorry for some of the people around me that have to work or took time off work to get this completed today. Love the campus but this department needs some direction. Send help right away!! This was the worst experience I ever had every single teacher is so mean and uptight they literally act like they hate the students, nobody wants to help, nobody actually step up to defend students and it’s a 0/10 school, the only thing I appreciate them for is the dual enrollment and also being a community college to help people who do not have the funds for university that’s literally it. I had to chase one of my teachers down at Sam’s Club Just to get reinstated back into the class, I missed one day because I had to attend a funeral and that was his excuse to drop me out of the class. He was very cruel to me. Most of the teachers are from other countries so they feel like we in America have it easier and they make it extremely hard for you, avoid Ms,Hooshdaren she will make you want to drop out!!!
