This place is horrible, they will kick you out for spilling a coke or if your room is a little messy, breakfast included old muffins and danishes, coffee, orange juice, and apple juice. They are so lazy and rude. I've been here three months because my house burned down and they were just so rude BC I had a guest after seven pm I am leaving tomorrow. If you lock yourself out of your room and the maids are off they charge you 2$ for a key to open it. They also charge 10$ in taxes and can't explain why. They charge different people different prices for the same thing. They also have bed bugs in a lot of rooms. The manager will knock and just open the door immediate ly...you have no privacy at all. We got robbed at our door the second night we were here and they said its not their problem, the police were even baffled by it. They never say thank you and act like you owe them. I have never been treated this way and all my neighbors have the same problem s. Do not stay here unless you want to be treated badly. They are very nosey and if you are not in your room when the maids clean they tell the maids to go through your Things, I was told by one maid. So, we have had the last straw and are leaving in the morning. I also have a black friend who came to my door asking for someones phone number and when he left they office called saying who is he and if he comes back they will call the police and I have no idea why. I would give this place a negative star if I could. And I'm calling the BBB on them when I leave. I hope I save someone from experiencing...
Read moreI came to this motel because I ran away from quality inns across the street . I’m alone on a holiday . The girl behind the desk wasn’t helpful . I needed help ! I was left in a strange weird place with no contacts on my phone and I asked the girl if she would kindly call me a taxi . She didn’t know of any numbers . I was very distressed and she could see this . However in order to check in for the night I had to hand over my passport so she could scan it and she asked me for my PIN number on my card . I knew this wasn’t right !!! No one gives out their security !! I had no choice but to because I was left completely destitute and I would have been on the street . I told her I didn’t smoke and she looked surprised ! She gave me a smokers room because I needed the cheapest as i ran out of the hotel opposite and lost 6 hundred pounds . The room stunk of cigarettes but thankfully the WiFi was in good nick and I was able to contact my family for help . Around the area is very bad unsafe . Men called out to me and one asked me for money . I was in a right situation . Never has anyone asked for my passport or PIN number . You just don’t do it ! I had no choice . I was broken and scared and that girl behind the desk had no heart to help me . I have no other words to say . The treatment was...
Read moreWe visited our son that lives in Germantown. We wanted a motel close to I-40 and wasn't very expensive. This motel came up as fitting our needs. I called !the night before we left and was surprised that the woman that answered did not take my name or credit card number to hold the room. I also asked about pet friendly and was told we would have to pay a pet deposit, which is ok and expected. That should have been my first clue! When we arrived and my husband went in he was told the pet deposit for two small dogs was going to be 60 dollars! They did not have the two beds we asked for, only a king bed, which was alright although we would really like two. My husband came out and told me all this and added, "I get the impression they do not want our business for some reason!" Well, needless to say we left and went across the street to the Days Inn and paid less for a wonderful room and pet friendly stay. I will never attempt to stay here ever! I was informed by my son that Memphis is a difficult place to find a safe place to stay because of the crime rate. This motel had all ground level rooms which is why we chose this place. The office is barred up windows and doors and the office is behind bars which tells me they have had...
