This place was probably the biggest let down I've ever encountered. In the atmosphere of the Bass Pro Shop at the Pyramid, my expectations for service and food were high. Unfortunately, those expectations were not met. We had the cheese curds as an appetizer. I ordered the Steakhouse Burger, fries, and a half house salad. After the waitress delivered our drinks, she did not return until she delivered our appetizer, which took around 10-15 minutes. (The cheese curds were the only part of the meal that were okay, but the batter was quite dark, which leads me to believe the grease was probably in need of a changing.) After taking our order, the waitress again didn't return until delivering our food, except when my husband waved her down for a refill. I didn't see any of the wait staff with a smile on their faces nor with an attitude of good service. It seems like the wait staff and management have never been trained in their jobs. When my food arrived, I was sad to see that I didn't have fries and a salad, only a salad, but I decided not to bring it to the waitress' attention. I was disappointed with the burger patty being a pre-made, possibly frozen one, especially at the $12 price. The gorgonzola was okay. The bun was crumbly and fell apart after the first bite. The lettuce was wilted. I ate two bites of the whole burger and then tried a few bites without the bun. The burger was not hot when it arrived. My mom spoke to the manager about our meal, since none of us (mom, dad, husband, me) was satisfied with our food. She offered to have the kitchen remake anything we wanted, but we declined. She seemed to be more upset with us than with the state of our food, and took two plates away as she left. Our meal was discounted, thankfully. I've added photos of my food as well as of the restroom, where the paper towel dispensers were empty and a roll of dispenser paper towels were on the counter.

I'm not one to give "low" or "one star" reviews... however, the service and cleanliness of this establishment was unacceptable. My family wanted to go bowling, so we figured trying Uncle Bucks, its local and inside the famous pyramid. We went up to the counter to pay for our lane rental and shoes... the cashier/employee had a stuck up attitude. (Yes, everyone had bad days, but never once have I let it affect my service towards customers) She offered us either a 30 minute session or 60 minute session, our son chose the 30 minute session (which cost us $34), she assigned us a lane, we walked to our lane and to our surprise, the table, benches and floor have not been cleaned since the last patrons... old food, spilled drinks and an unknown type of food smashed/stomped into the floor where our feet should be while relaxing on the bench. I informed the cashier about the filth and she did not even pay any mind to our complaint. I went to another employee and asked for the manager, the manager herself had a sour attitude in regards to the filth that was there prior to our families arrival. Several minutes later, the area gets cleaned and our lane was cut off 18 minutes early.. we had certainly had enough of the unprofessionalism provided by Uncle Bucks Employees and definitely will not be returning to bowl nor eat here.

There was no one at the service desk when we arrived. Once we bought our lane, there was food and trash all over the table that had to be discarded. The floor had food and trash on it as well. The bumpers were up on our lane and we didn't ask for that. There was a bowling ball stuck in the gutter on our lane. They told us this was the "only lane open" but we were the only people on this side of the bowling alley. It was dimly lit and almost felt closed. The screen at the end showing sports center on mute made no sense, because the screens with your scores are directly above your head and not easy to view. Don't waste your money. The rest of the pyramid was cool.

I want to stress that I LOVE the pyramid Bass Pro Shops, I hope it stays around for a long time, its a great store. That being said, this restaurant is out of control. Just horrible. So we had to get the hostess attention to be seated, we stood in front of her for a minute while she looked somewhere else and finally, when I asked if we just seat ourselves she pointed to a table we could sit at. Sat at the table for around 20 minutes when the waitress decided that it was time, what yall want. We didn't realize we had to look up the menu on our phones so we just ordered drinks so we could scan the qr code and review the menu. We decided, and then waited, and waited. Drinks came out after about another 20 minutes or so, maybe less but it started feeling like forever at this point. Ordered the food, waited. Kids got restless, I stayed at the table and let my wife take them to explore the store. They went and did that, came back and we all waited some more. We discussed just leaving for a minute but were so hungry that we thought for sure the food will be out any minute. After another while the waitress brought the food out. It looked decent enough at first, until my wife pulled 3 ROTTON TOMATOES out of her salad. Brown, squishy rotting tomatoes. I had the fried chicken sandwich, wasn't horrible, ate half and gave the rest to her. Kids ate pizza, overpriced but was as advertised. A $3 red baron from kroger cooked in the oven would've been better, you could tell the pizza was microwaved as it was crazy hot in the middle but, whatever. Waitress was MIA aside from the 3 times she dealt with is. She did offer to refill our drinks when I gave her my card, I didn't ask for a check because it would've taken too long no doubt. The place is dirty, like pretty gross, the aquariums are beautiful but when a place is that dirty the aquarium smell kind of ruins it more. The staff just doesn't seem to care, totally apathetic towards their customers. Not necessarily rude but just dismissive, like you're interrupting them. I paid and tipped 20% because I'm awesome. We won't eat there again though, ever. The bowling looked fun but the music was disruptive, like it was a night club or something. I dont mind loud music either, but it was the focal point instead of the lanes. We didn't do it because we spent too much time waiting for sub standard food. I dont know, im thinking that space is better utilized for more atvs or guns or something. An arcade, something. Just put a snack bar in and keep the bar at the top of the pyramid, it was great when I went...

Worst restaurant experience we've ever had. Horrible customer service. We went to bowl first but were unable to becasue we had to return back to the store to purchase socks to wear becasue they don't provide the disposable ones. We go buy socks and come back. We decided to go ahead and eat. The lady that took our order wasnt friendly at all. We paid and she told us to go sit anywhere in the restaurant. We get our drinks and one was missing. No big deal, the waitress brought it out after she realized. Then we ended up with un-sweet tea instead of sweet tea. She corrected the problem, again no big deal. There was a long wait for the food. When we got the food it wasnt very good. My burger was burnt and the kids pizza was very poorly made but we didnt complain. For the price of the food it was very disappointing. The waitress accidentally spilled some water on the floor next to me and on my leg. She apologized and I told her it was okay. Accidents happen, again not a big deal. We finish our food and return back to the counter to pay to bowl. I stood at the counter for a couple of mintues waiting on the gentleman behind the counter. He finally asks if he could help me. I said yes sir we were wanting to bowl. He said "well its at least a 30 minute wait" I replied with okay and he walked off. Never took my name down or said another word. We walked over to the bar area to wait. Another gentleman approached the counter and asked about bowling. I couldn't hear the conversation so I'm not sure what was said but the gentleman left. My girlfriend went back to the counter and asked if he could take our name down for when a lane came available. He told her "we don't do that, you'll just have to watch for one to open up". We waited at the bar area watching for a lane to come available. There is no waiting area for the bowling I'm assuming. While we were waiting we were told we couldn't have our kids over by the bar. Which I understand but there should be somewhere we can wait with our children. There should also be a way for them to have a waiting list to bowl instead just saying watch for a lane to open up. Customer service is pretty important to people when choosing where to go for a family night and unfortunately there...

Had an hour before dinner so thought a game of bowling was a good idea. How wrong we were. Lane we were given had just been used by a kids party and not cleaned up before being given to us. There were lots of other clean, free lanes but no. Bumpers up, food scraps everywhere and shoes left behind on the tables. Could not find andy bowls. Asked and was pointed to an empty rack, presumably where the bowls should be if there were any. Funny as there were 14 lanes with only 3 in use but no bowls. Ended up taking ones left behind in the returns from other players. 1 end and it became clear the bowl return was not working. Spoke to the staff and they moved us to a different lane. Unfortunatly that lane was next to the original one which was serviced by the same broken ball return. Really??? Pointed this out and we were asked to wait while they fixed it. Still 4 lanes free next to us. Waited. 2 other groups arrived and were put on working lanes and played. Hmmm. Waited 30 minutes, no communication, especially no eye contact. Complained again and suggested they move us to a working lane. They did. The restarted the clock but we were now 1/2 an hour in to the hour we had. Played. About 20 minutes into our game another group was put onto our original lane with the broken return. They played 1 end, didnt get the bowl returned. The same customer service person received the complaint again and acted surprised that it was not working!!! What the hell???? I told the group our experience and suggested the request to be moved. They did. About 1 minutes later a kid who appeared to be about 12 appeared from nowhere, seemingly on his own, grabbed a bowl and threw it down our lane. We basically had to tell him to go away. No idea where he came from. Then with about 10 minutes to go, they finally had a look at the return on our original lane. Found about 14 bowls stuck in it. The staff laughed about how they were wondering where all the bowls were. Got it working in about 2 minutes. All up it was a terrible experience 100% because of the...
