I left the above review a couple of years ago & I stand by it! But I’m changing my star rate due to a rude experience recently had with an (new?) employee. I believe his name was Nick, made me wait more than 15 mins for my order that looks like it was already made since I walked in but chose to ignore me for whatever reason. Maybe he was having a bad day? Regardless, I told him I was there for my order pick up and he said okay but continued on with something else for OVER 15 MINS & all along mine was done! Wasn’t until I believe a manager or lead acknowledged me & asked Nick to give me my order. Isn’t the first time he’s been unprofessional. On top of that, it made me late to work, didn’t get to eat that as my breakfast, and really just threw off my day. I hope others haven’t experienced this here.

Read moreI paid for 32oz of celery juice and only got about 25oz... He asked me if I wanted ice when I paid and I said no - because I wanted full juice and not a bunch of ice taking up space.. Well they just left top portion (2") empty instead of giving me the 32oz of juice I paid for. Wasn't happy with that.
Also, it seems you need to have their app and order ahead of time, otherwise they may not serve you or take a long time to get to you. It was my first time in years coming here, didn't know about the app and the points. So I was annoyed later when I found out about the points. The employee could have -and should have- told me to save my receipt to get the points for my $60 order but the kid only said 4 words to me, if I wanted ice. Read moreP.S.S. They removed my favorite drink, the Coffee Cold Brew with Banana, from the app. They won’t take an order for it over the phone either, to save me time. They did for a few months, then they stopped taking phone orders. Now they’re forcing me to wait while they make it if I want it. Horrible experience. They should just keep it in the app to be able to order it!!!
P.S. Order ahead at least 20-30 minutes, even 60 minutes ahead, via the mobile app, to get your drink when you arrive. Tho they could work on improving taste and lowering prices!
