If negative stars were a thing I'd use them for this review. I've only been to Otto's in Menomonee Falls once, but I will probably never visit again. I just turned 21 in January and I was excited that I could finally purchase alcohol for myself. After a long day of work it's understandable that I would want a drink. As soon as I walked in the employees immediately eyed me up and down. When I came to the check out and presented my ID I told the cashier that I had just turned 21. She looked at my driver's license for what felt like a few minutes. She scoffed, handed me my card, and proceeded to check me out. I was nervous going in because of this type of reaction. Great selection of beer, wine, and of course liquor!! Plus they always have a section of liquor related novelty items and glassware and gifts/giftsets. Prices are competitive with bargain stores, and in some cases Ottos will be CHEAPER! In all the times I've gone to any of the 3 locations, it's rare to not find what I'm looking for. 😊 I definitely would recommend checking out Ottos! The Brown Deer store is the biggest (I think)?? The east side location and Menomonee Falls are similar in size and selection. For wines and "high end" items I REALLY like the store in Brown Deer, but.... That doesn't mean you should pass up ANY of them! Oh, REALLY helpful employees! Super knowledgeable and helpful. Check them out, you'll be glad you did!...

Management and the majority of their staff were always rude. They always seemed bothered when I called making sure items were in stock before I went there. Never got a "thank you" after checking out either. I have heard them talk about customers while they're shopping also. Prices have been marked incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, I wasn't believed until after the transaction. Be sure to verify pricing on your itemized receipt! I've also had a cashier argue with me about a double transaction (because she's ignorant on how to use the system) only to prove to them on my banking App. it was deducted twice. And NEVER got any apology just rude looks when I asked for a refund. I used to spend good money there and will...
