Sarku Japan — Restaurant in Mentor

I was excited Sarku Japan is back. However, I was sorely disappointed with the food. The chicken had a weird after taste to it. The teriyaki sauce on the chicken was awful and tasted like there was zero ginger in it which made it bland as heck. The food does not taste anywhere near as good as when they were in the mall. I hope they get better on making the food. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Also, I would make a suggestion that they need to do another VERY deep clean of the grill as this location was a former Moe's Southwest Grill location and I suspect some of the weird aftertaste is Mexican seasonings from the very well-used grill during the years when Moe's was in...
