Shake Shack Merriam — Restaurant in Merriam

What a nightmare. I understand training and being new and getting it figured out but I wont be going back. They still couldnt get it right after 3 tries. Took almost 1 hour from the time I ordered to when the food was finally ready and they still forgot a side of sauce, avacado added to the chicken and the supposedly "recooked" food was luke warm. One bun looked like someone sat on it, the other gluten free bun just fell apart and I ended up eating it without the bun. Shakes had to be remade 3 times due to melting. The worst part is that the food with tip and tax was $60 for 1 burger, 1 chicken sandwhich, 2 fries and 3 shakes and incredibly sub par food....

Checked out the new Shake Shack in Merriam and honestly, I might move in. The place was spotless, like, “my mom would approve” spotless. Even the bathroom was so clean I half expected someone to hand me a mint on the way out.

The staff? Super friendly. They actually looked happy to be there, which is rare these days. And the French Onion Burger… wow. If I could write it a love letter, I would. Juicy, cheesy, caramelized onion-y perfection.

Overall, 10/10. Good food, good vibes, and now my new excuse for “forgetting” to...

Sad little burger, even sadder bacon. The bacon wasn't cooked very much, and the burger was rare cold center. Maybe you'd risk that at home if you had sourced your own meat, but restaurant ground beef probably should be cooked.
