Treats Unleashed — Local services in Merriam

This place is fantastic! I came in with low expectations due to the usual post-COVID service inconsistency, but Treats Unleashed totally blew me away.

On my first visit, an associate went above and beyond: they helped me find toys for my picky super chewer, recommended a healthy 3-ingredient salmon snack, and proactively offered me a $10 off grooming coupon when I inquired about their services. They even mentioned I’d get 20% off my pup’s birthday cake in July — such a nice surprise!

Today, I used the grooming coupon and treated my dog, Michael, to a shed-less bath and grooming for short hair. The groomer did a fantastic job with my anxious boy. He came out looking and smelling like a million bones!

The customer service here is warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. I’ll absolutely be a regular from now on. Highly recommend...

I recently moved to the Overland Park/ Merriam area and I'm delighted to have a treats unleashed so close as I've had great experiences with the Olathe location. My cat prefers the fussie cat with goat milk wet food which the bigger pet stores don't carry. They have great events and monthly deals. The staff are kind and helpful and the store is always clean. This is for sure the place to take your fur-babies! I've bene here twice and gotten some good stuff. I also love the ingredients used in the products they sell. The store is clean, the employees are super friendly, and the pricing isn't like you'd expect. I expected to spend a lot more and was surprised when it came out pretty cheap!
