I’m a regular at this location, and I love stopping by on my way to work in the mornings. The staff is usually friendly, and I appreciate how consistent the quality is. However, I’ve had a couple of frustrating experiences on weekends, especially in the late afternoon.
Twice now, I’ve had my drink made wrong, and the customer service was downright disappointing. The first time, I pointed out the mistake, and instead of remaking it, they dumped half the drink out and added a topping. When I asked if they could just remake it properly, the young guy behind the counter said, "No, it’s fine." The second time, they threw my drink away entirely and didn’t offer to remake it at all. I ended up having to go to a different Starbucks and rebuy it.
What’s even more frustrating is that both times, the store wasn’t busy at all—there were only three people just standing around. It wasn’t like they were overwhelmed with orders; they just didn’t seem to care about getting the order right or offering a solution. I get that mistakes happen, but the attitude was really dismissive and unprofessional.

There was miscommunication about the size I wanted for my drink and when I explained I wanted a grande, the barista glared and snapped, “You said tall.” and slammed the window in my face before I could apologize and ask to pay for a grande. When she returned with my drink the cup was full to the top with ice and I could tell she dumped my tall drink without any additional beverage.
