Stopped in because I had a free drink I had accumulated on my app for a small smoothie from the superfood smoothie menu. Waited until I’d ordered before pressing the “redeem in store” option where it starts counting down the minutes before the coupon expires. The girl struggled to figure out why it wasn’t going through and it literally expired because the time had run out. She said she was sorry and there was nothing she could do and she could only give me the store email to figure it out myself. PHENOMENAL FOOD- PHENOMENAL SERVICE- PHENOMENAL PEOPLE- This new Nekter knocked it out of the park for my family. I love this place so much that my family and I would travel up to the Queen Creek location just to grab some bowls and shakes. Now this one just opened up down the street from us, and we could not be happier. As soon as we walked in, we felt a warm welcome from the new staff. We placed our order and man they were on IT! I’m allergic to beets and called the store right away to ask for them to make me a new one and find out what was it it. The girl went round and round with me that’s nothing is red and if it is it’s because of cross contamination.
