Weird experience on Sat June 30th, 2018. We decided to go to this location instead of the closer Baseline & Ellsworth location. Upon entering the restaurant everything looked normal for a Sat night around 9pm, not busy, lots of employees...you know the usual. Once we placed our order with the 1st lady everything was fine, we were told we had to wait while they made a fresh batch of orange chicken and mixed vegetables, which was ok by us. Then things got weird and disorganized. The 1st lady had prepared ua a panda bowl with half fried rice in the bowl and set aside while the veggies were cooking, then a young male employee comes up and asked the female employee what this bowl was for..she said its waiting for veggies, so then the male employee grabs the bowl and dumps the fried rice back into the pan of rice and proceeds to belittle the female employee by saying, "then we wait for the veggies". We could tell this made the female employee uncomfortable since all this was done in front of us. 2nd...the same male employee tries to make small talk to my son, but he actually insults my son by making fun of my son's hair style. We all thought that was uncalled for. After that...all the employees were confused when the veggies and orange chicken was done as to who was getting what and in what bowl or plate, there was no communication, they were even confused when we tried to help them. I would of given this experience a 1 star, but the food was still good. Not sure we'll visit this store again, or maybe we'll wait until the next round of employees comes in...as it seems that the turn around at this location and the Baseline & Ellsworth is...
Read moreI do not recommend this place. I suggest you look elsewhere for a meal. If you do choose to eat here you will likely be treated unfairly as I was. I ordered a meal here while on my way home from the hospital because I needed something fast, easy, and stress-free. However, when I arrived at home I discovered that part of my order was missing. I returned to the store for the rest of my order and when I asked for the missing dishes they demanded that I provide my receipt as proof. I searched for my receipt and was unable to locate it. I returned the the cashier and told her that I wasn't able to find my receipt but insured her that I wasn't lying and that I wasn't given my complete order. She refused to help me without a receipt. I asked for her supervisor and she refused to talk to her leadership. I asked her if there was else she could do to help me. She said without a receipt we will not help you. I told her I was very disappointed that that I would be leaving 1 star reviews on several platforms for this store for the extremely poor and irritating customer service. She had no additional comments for me and was satisfied with my...
Read moreOh wow, what an absolute delight this place was. Truly, a masterclass in how not to run a business. Sabrina? Oh, she’s a gem of a manager if you’re into managers who talk to their employees like they’re auditioning for a reality TV meltdown. Honestly, I’ve never seen someone work so hard to make everyone miserable. She’s got a real talent for it. Might want to consider a career in it.
Nothing says “five-star dining experience” like having to play Find the Roach before you even touch your food. I half expected one to take my order. Seriously, someone call the health inspector before the roaches start demanding a union.
Oh, and to top it off, there’s this guy out front who looks like Pete Hang from Two Broke Girls, yelling at people like he’s auditioning for an anger management commercial. Nothing like watching a grown man throw a toddler tantrum. Maybe try not yelling at girls like it’s your full-time job.
In short? A magical experience. Can’t wait to...
