I order from JJ pretty often but this location has THE worst service. I used to like ordering from here cause it was a good lunch for my break but it’s not worth it. Not only is it SLOW (at LEAST an hour... so much for freaky fast) but the employees are just beyond rude. I ordered a simple sandwich for delivery from a location not even 10 mins away and after over an hour of waiting I was so hungry and happy to see my delivery driver finally pull up. I’m at work so I had my customer service voice still on and greeted her with a “hi!! thank you so much!” and all she said to me in the ugliest tone was “did you really mean to only tip $2?” I was shocked.. I just told her I was trying to even out my already overpriced $13 sandwich to $15.. and she just stared at me.. I told her I had some cash in my purse if she wanted me to get it. She literally scoffed and walked out shaking her head. I couldn’t believe how rude she was. I regretted even tipping her at all. I myself work at minimum wage so I’m speaking from experience and ALL she had to say was that I didn’t tip enough? Awful service. I ordered again today for the LAST time as it was a mistake. This time it was an older gentleman and again I greeted HIM with a “hello! thank you!” and he just said “here” handed me the receipt and so I signed then he told me I HAD to put a tip and stood over me the whole time with his hand on the receipt as I filled it out… I was so uncomfortable I just put $3 for tip only then did he give me a “thanks” and I was just so annoyed I got pressured into tipping this awful service again. NEVER. again. I don’t ever get this attitude with any other delivery drivers, be it uber, door dash or...

Placed order at 4:14 PM Got call food was out for delivery 4:41 PM (So not Freaky Fast) 5:25 PM call to get ETA advised driver had 4 orders to deliver. 5:39 PM hear door bell find broken bag and wet sandwiches on the ground. 5:41 PM I call to speak to a manager. I start to tell him he needs to speak to his driver. I am immediately cut off and advised its not the drivers fault they only have one driver and are super busy.... I let him finish and state do you want to know why I am upset or do you want to continue to protect your driver. He lets me speak. I tell him that my food was left at the door bag soaked and broken sandwiches on the ground completely wet. He then continues to say well the ticket says leave it at the door. I say yes it does so what you're saying is you condone this? He says no. So I ask, what is your plan to fix this. He says what do you want fromme ma'am. I say a full refund. He then advised me we cannot do that and need to call his GM. I ask him to please have the GM call me since he has no authority. $40 down the drain and still need to feed my family. Good Customer Service could have saved a customer. Yet...

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I ordered food with a group order and made the mistake of putting mine as a pickup. I called and apologized to the person on the phone about my mistake. They said they needed to void my original transaction and recharge me over the phone. I told them it's okay, I understand since again it was my mistake. Finally we got it figured out and done.

I saw I was charged double and just thought it would take a day or two for it show as refunded. I called back two days later and asked them about it. The manager on duty said they couldn't do anything about it and that my original transaction was never voided. They said I needed to call back Monday. I call back Monday for the GM to void it since he was the only one that could. He said it would take 3-5 business days to refund.Two weeks later and still no refund. It turns out the GM was the orginal person inspoke to on the phone the day this all happened and he never voided the transaction..$60 for two...
