I love Canes. Tonight I tried to order online and the site was not working properly. I tried a number of times and for all I knew I had ordered 10 times. I decided to call the store on Greenfield in Mesa. I was pleasantly surprised when somebody answered the phone quickly. The person that answered was named Carter. Carter went way above and beyond to help me. I told him that somebody was already on their way to pick up the food that I hadn't paid for yet and he had left his phone at the house. Carter asked me my name so that when the person got there to pick up the food he could tell them what was going on. I didn't really believe that that would happen. I was shocked when my phone rang and it was Carter telling me that the person had arrived and that they still didn't have my order. I have never been to a fast food restaurant that cared as much as Carter did. I hope Carter's boss reads this. I'm going to call the restaurant tomorrow and ask to speak to the manager to make sure that he knows how wonderful Carter is and that he represents Canes in a caring and professional manner. Kudos to you Carter you are an asset to Canes Chicken and thank you for helping me!
