I just encountered an extremely rude and unprofessional manager by the name of Catalina. As soon as I asked for my daughter by name, Catalina’s tone and demeanor changed drastically. Catalina argued with me and in front of me about the time my daughter was supposed to get off work. My daughter was supposed to get off at 8 PM. It was shortly after 9 PM and my daughter was still there. Catalina argued with my daughter that she’s not allowed to swap shifts with somebody who has overtime when management had already marked on the schedule what time my daughter was supposed to leave, 8PM and then crossed out the time to 9PM and now telling her she has to stay until 2:30 AM. I had my daughter take a picture of the schedule where her time was crossed off and then written for 9PM. I drove an hour to pick up my daughter to be able to spend time with her before I head back out of town. That manager, Catalina shouldn’t even have that title or needs some serious training. Who argues in front of customers, Then stands around making faces? I will be complaining to corporate, and if my daughter loses her job over Catalina’s unprofessionalism or this review, I have no problem escalating this even further. This store is lucky. I have not taken them to the labor board for all the times they had my daughter close while she was 16 years old and in school weekdays and evenings!

Why have management approve a change in schedule to take it back and blame her employee for management’s incompetence. Why argue in front of customers?? My daughter comes home crying most shifts she works with Catalina. I saw firsthand the hostility from Catalina. If this is how Raising Cane’s management treats their employees in front of customers with NO RESPECT, I can imagine how employees are being treated...

I love Canes. Tonight I tried to order online and the site was not working properly. I tried a number of times and for all I knew I had ordered 10 times. I decided to call the store on Greenfield in Mesa. I was pleasantly surprised when somebody answered the phone quickly. The person that answered was named Carter. Carter went way above and beyond to help me. I told him that somebody was already on their way to pick up the food that I hadn't paid for yet and he had left his phone at the house. Carter asked me my name so that when the person got there to pick up the food he could tell them what was going on. I didn't really believe that that would happen. I was shocked when my phone rang and it was Carter telling me that the person had arrived and that they still didn't have my order. I have never been to a fast food restaurant that cared as much as Carter did. I hope Carter's boss reads this. I'm going to call the restaurant tomorrow and ask to speak to the manager to make sure that he knows how wonderful Carter is and that he represents Canes in a caring and professional manner. Kudos to you Carter you are an asset to Canes Chicken and thank you...

I am giving 5 stars for service. I order from here about 3 to 4 times a week. I work 2 jobs and weird hours so grocery shopping and cooking isn't always an option and I enjoy the friendly faces and canes..however the last few times my order has been missing things (they were busy ) so I never complain but today twice wr had to go back for oder missing and my husband is a senior so was throwing a fit and we are both sick so I was frustrated and called to conplaing.. they handled it amazingly well. I actually was so taken aback with their amazing customer service I almost forgot my issue.. people nake mistakes and yes its quite annoying things are so expensive but we have to remember mistakes happen and they r people to so to me handling the situation so well showed me they do value me as a customer and they are sorry for the mistake which will keep me being a loyal customer .so please don't treat these ppl bad and double check your orders because they are people too . We should have checked better the second time but I appreciate the quick resolving of the issue..kudos to canes for great...

Update 7/14/24: Shrinkflation has effected this canes. I don't think I'll be coming here anymore. Ordered what I always order and I kid you not the chicken tenders are now half the size they normally are. I didn't get any extra to make up for it. I am a woman with small hands and each tender was the length of my pinky finger. I usually am full after 3 tenders but I'm still hungry because each one was two-bites. What a joke. Original: Been coming here over the years and it's always been decent. Only complaint I've noticed over the last year is sometimes I'll get a small dinky tender. In the past, they'll typically throw in 2 dinky tenders to equal 1 normal tender. Lately, it's just the 1 dinky tender and I'll still be hungry. Recently, I tried Dave's Hot Chicken, which I think is better and they actually season their food. Canes is closer though so I come here more out of convenience then anything else.

I’ve been coming to this Cane’s easily since 2018, and I’ve never been disappointed. The food comes out so quickly, sometimes I barely give my credit card and go to sit down and they are calling my name! I prefer to dine in, as the food is hot and crispy and does not get soggy. Every time I have been in, ranging from 10:00am to 1:00pm, it is never busy, I can easily find a seat, and my food is out to me within 5 minutes. While I of course have noticed an increase in prices since 2018, I feel they have done their best to match inflation and not over. My husband and I split the 6-piece combo with fries and toast, and we finish it with both of us being full and sometimes having extras!! Also on separate occasions we have ordered and received more chicken than what was on our order, which is always absolutely loved!! ;) This is my favorite Cane’s and you can always count on them to fill a craving!!

I was here this past evening with a friend. We both had the 2 box combos with a medium refillable fountain drink (although we also had an option of a non-refillable lemonade) at $7.79 each for a total of $16.87 including tax. Soda fountain drink size options are medium and large. There is an outdoor eating area but we were indoors due to the evening chill. There is no table service. They will call your name at the counter. The dining room was clean but the acoustics are loud due to the lack of sound absorbing tile. When they give you the cups at the counter, they are already 1/3 filled with ground ice with more available at the soda machine ice dispenser. Had I ordered the chicken fingers individually, they would have run $1.39 a piece. While the fare was okay, I probably wouldn't patronize this business on a regular basis.
