to whoever was serving tonight around 9pm on 10/22, was very unprofessional in almost every aspect, I don’t even know her name.. because she didn’t tell us. 9:52pm she was complaining to the cook that she wasn’t taking the party that just came in, bc she’s only here till 10pm and has things to do and has to be up at 5am… mind you if we could hear her from the half booth half table by the door the table that was by the bar that she was refusing to help as well could hear, she also didn’t seem to be too happy to be at work. I didn’t see her smile one time, or even interact with my party or any other table that walked in. She also didn’t offer drinks, or do any steps of service. Valerie was actually the one who sat us and greeted us when we came in party of 9 as a server you should know you won’t be out at your scheduled time, get over it or get a new job. Leaving she didn’t even ask if I had a number or had any rewards. She didn’t ask if we needed anything else, she didn’t ask for desserts, or upsell anything. I understand getting busy but she had 1 table other than my party, at one point we were the only ones in there besides a single guy at the bar.
I also work at a Dennys & have for the past 6 years and know quite a few people who work at this location as well. I also made it clear I worked at a Dennys and was quite taken back that she...
Read moreMy husband ordered the Feeling Groovy Melt. He said it tasted ok, but it was missing bacon and mushrooms. I ordered the Hot Mess Melt and it was just gross. Full of fat and missing the grilled onions. The damn sandwich doesn't have that many ingredients so how does a cook forget to put on one of the ingredients that likely gives it the most flavor. So overpriced and incredibly disappointing. If I realized at the time I was ordering from Denny's I would have just ordered freaking Denny's. They're decent at breakfast....
Read moreI'm sorry, but I'm starting to get irritated with some of the I'd call them lower tiered restaurants now positioning themselves as alternate entities just to try and get more of a foothold on the clientele. Seems to have been happening more and more. Just be upfront with what company you are. You'll lose more business that way in the long run. Accept the brand you've built and stick with that marketing, don't blatantly...
