This location has become unreal. I went Friday 8-18-23 about 5:00 and picket up an online order. my order was wrong for both medium pizzas. I got tired of sucking it up and just eating what i took home so i called them to let them know my order was wrong and for them to start my order again so i don't have to wait long. I get there and i had to show them the pizza and they verified it with my online order on the computer. Then the manager wanted to see my receipt. I had this also he was pissed. They took the pizza i returned (Remember i took this home my hand were all over it figuring out what topping it had) and located it in a area that has more return orders. they did not trash it or offered for me to take it for the inconvenience. Well they made my pizza fresh i made sure they did not look for it from the stack of wrong pizzas they had. While i was there another lady returned back with all 3 of her pizzas and said one of this is not my pizza. a lady next to her was picking up her pizza and noticed her order was wrong with out even looking inside the box. she said she had 2 larges and they were giving her 1 large and 1 medium. she was looking at the lady next to her with the 3 pizzas and notice the wrong one they gave her was her pizza. So the store swapped it out and gave her the returned pizza. Did not even told her the pizza had left the location and returned. So bottom line if you want to keep ordering from here please check your pizza and make sure its correct. Also if its not make sure they make you a new pizza and not look for it because it could of been returned. By the way the ones they remade for me not good at all. one was ham with 1/2 jalapenos it has very little meet for ham and the jalapenos was more like 3/4 of the pizza had it. The second one was medium with permission sauce with spinach and mushrooms had like 4 mushrooms and spinach was light. I was frustrated so i just took it as is and left. Read moreI placed an order on June 11th at 12:40 ish. My pizza was given to me incorrectly (not what i ordered) and my entire order was given to me burnt. When I contacted the store at 1:03am, a man answered and said “Thanks for calling dominos we’re closed” (was it really neccessary for him to answer and say that? Why answer at all). I expressed to him that my order was incorrect and he told me to call back tomorrow (I didn’t need a pizza tomorrow I needed it when I ordered it). I then asked what’s going to happen tomorrow and he says “you’ll get a free pizza” (as if that’s all they have to do to right their wrongs). I began to talk and he listened to the first few words and then hung up in my face. During this entire encounter he was being extremely smug.
For the employees, and this person specifically , to be so comfortable with doing and saying whatever they want, shows me that Dominos is allowing this type of behavior. Because if they weren’t, the employees would know better and do better!!
I’m done contacting management just for nothing to happen. Therefore, I will be contacting corporate!! & This dominos will not get another...
Read moreWhere I live, I don’t get Dominos delivery or rewards. This is the closest location where I live, and I haven’t had Dominos since 2020 so I was optimistic. I walked in and placed an order on site, paid. Guy said it will be 15 minutes. I said ok ty, and stepped back to wait. I was going to stay inside the building since it’s only 15 minutes. But the guy raised his voice and waved “BYE” and looked at me like I needed to leave, so, I walked out and stood outside the store. It was really off-putting. It’s also really cold in December and I have asthma, it would have been nice if they let me stay inside to wait, I was out of the way. If I had known taking my order was such a chore for this staff, I would have just went to Pizza Hut.
Update: I think the man realized how short he was with me because when walked back in to pick up my pizza he was much kinder. I’m going to express some empathy with this employee and give him benefit of the doubt he probably had a rough day before I got there and expected me to be another difficult customer.
