Golden Chick — Restaurant in Mesquite

They don't deserve any stars but unfortunately you can't post a comment without selecting a least one star! Apparently I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience with this location. Where do I begin?! For starters they forgot to fully complete my order! I called immediately and asked to speak to a manager. The manager at the time (a young man) apologized for the inconvenience and said he would gladly give me a full refund or just reimburse me with a whole new order. He asked for my name and number and prompted me on how to proceed. I returned to the location the following day and to my surprise no one knew a thing. Although I politely explained the situation to the manager at the time was very rude and unprofessional. Not only did she refuse to honor what was agreed upon the day before but also accused me of lying. Lying?! Really?! I tried to explain that my order was not completed the day before but she cut me off in mid sentence and demanded for me to produce the previous order. Oh! and get this..UNEATEN! At this point needless to say I was upset so when I asked to speak to her supervisor/superior she proceeded to tell me that there was no one superior to her. I could go on how at this point we then went back and forth but if you've read this far you've already got an idea of what the frustration was like. If this is the kind of professionalism one can expect from this franchise I will not ever set foot in any of their locations ever again! If any Golden Chick representatives,associate or owner of this franchise are reading this ..I at least DEMAND an apology!..but I won't hold my breath.If this review hasn't discouraged you from their business;you'd be wise to at least CHECK YOUR ORDER before driving off. I never write reviews but this place is so terrible I have to warn others. A week after it opened I ordered two 4piece box's and the strips were so small and fried to the point there was practically NO chicken.

Visit 2 raw chicken

Visit 3 today, was the last straw. Again small super fried and I only had like 9 bits of okra. So I took my box up to the cashier and she said yeah what about it. I said seriously this box is pathetic look at it! She gave me a couldn't care less face and said "thats how it comes, you don't want it?" I said are you going to give me my money back? She starred at me with that shrugged face. I said you're looking at me with them crazy eyes like you don't know what I'm saying she said "I'm blind"... please I understand you need glasses but no. I told her I don't mean your eyes specifically I'm talking about the faces your making at me. They "fixed" my box

I was there 30 mins and literally 4 different customers complained. All different ages different backgrounds and all agreed that this golden chick is the absolute worst. It's so sad because it's so close to me but honestly...
