I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready for curbside pick up at 11:21 by 11:30 nobody had came out and I knew my order was ready so I proceeded to go inside. I got to the front counter by 1136 and got my order After I had been sitting outside waiting, I asked to order three extra tortillas and an 8 ounce cup of shredded cheese. I leave it detailed like this, so the manager knows exactly who this is because he helped me but with that being said, I literally waited an extra 12 minutes inside this taco cabana for three tortillas and an 8 ounce cup of shredded cheese. Keep this in mind that I had already been waiting for my curbside pick up order to be delivered outside at 11:21 when I had been sitting out there and nobody came out, so I had to go inside when this is an option that you guys have online, so while sitting inside, I noticed there are several other people just sitting there waiting very upset because nobody’s orders coming out. Come to find out a older lady that was sitting next to me. Had been waiting since 1126 to get her food. She had already asked him a couple of times they said their order was coming and they continue to ignore her so I went up in Spanish language speaking because I am bilingual and told all of them sir. this lady has been waiting here since 1126. She has been waiting for her order and you guys have had her in here for over 20 minutes waiting for an order and the only thing he proceeded to do was tell me that they are extremely busy, but I am sitting by the window watching how many cars are going in through this drive-through and they’re able to get the people in the drive-through quickly serviced but are neglectful for the people that are inside the actual restaurant to order and not give them a good timely manner of service. I’m just now leaving it is 1148 from this taco cabana. My order was ready at 11:21. I literally simply ordered three extra tortillas and a cup of cheese and I had to wait this long. Read moreThe last five, 6 times eating and ordering here has been the worst. First of all I’m only writing this because I love Taco Cabana’s beef taco platter. However, this location always seems to have long wait times almost everytime I go which is often, At least 3-4 times a month . Going on the inside thinking it will be a speedier process is definitely not the route you want to take going to this location. The workers making orders completely forget about the inside to go orders. Twice ived waited 20+ minutes for a to go order. Drive thru is slightly better although still a train length of cars a lot of times. This location seems to hire a bunch of kids & by kids I mean around 18-20. They just stare at you when you’re waited for an order as if they don’t know where food is supposed to be going. The cashiers & ordering at the drive-thru by far be the easy part, but after that, be prepared for a grease soaked beef taco if you’re anything like me and like those. Theirs always seems to be drenched in grease. Eating inside and ordering to go is the same thing no matter what. I understand that you guys are busy and have quite a crowd a lot of times but that still doesn’t mean rush the orders. Another time I ordered crispy taco plate at nighttime and they gave me soft. I didn’t notice until I got all the way home and when I brought it back, they took the plate back and only changed the tacos and left the by that time cold beans and rice. No offer to redo the whole plate or to refill my drink I ordered or nothing. I think barely an apology if I got that. They need to hire more and better workers, people who want to make a change and care about customer service not those who just want a paycheck. I’m going to still continue ordering and eating from this location because it’s close to my home and like I said, I love the beef taco plate. Read moreThis is the second time that myself and or my family has been to this location both times we have had something wrong with her orders this time it took way too long sitting in the Drive-Thru waiting on the order to get done then whenever we get the order we have to ask for hot sauce ask for straws ask for napkins and then they left out to Taco which is usually no big deal but they were fajitas steak tacos so they were the more expensive one which we live too far away to come all the way back just for two tacos and all they had to do was get the order right and that wouldn't even have been such a big deal but the gentleman that was and I use that term loosely that was waiting on the counter the drive-thru was extremely unprofessional unpleasant and seem to be bothered when I asked him for straws for our cups they didn't give us silverware when we had ordered three plates it was just not the right kind of situation I can't believe that Taco Cabana with having such good food would allow people like that to handle their food it's one thing if you're really super busy but you still got to have customer service and I spent over $50 for this one order so if I'm going to spend that kind of money I expect to have much better customer service you all got a thing to learn whenever it comes to customer service thank you and...
