Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Dallas

I got home with my order and the fish was very chewy, and did not taste fresh. So I called to the store to see what I'd be able to do, since I was unsatisfied with my order and wasn't even able to eat it. The very non-chalant "manager", Pete, I spoke with told me it wasn't their fault. That it was my problem that I was dissatisfied and that he wasn't going to do anything to make my experience better. I asked him, what would you tell another customer who was unsatisfied? He said "we'll do better next time." How do they plan on getting guests to return if they aren't even going that extra bit to ensure that the guest is completely satisfied?? I just wanted to get another meal, since now I have nothing to eat. The whole conversation was very dry and accusatory as if I was in the wrong by not enjoying their food. Pete said things like "well we gave you the food, not my fault you didn't like it. People have different tastes". What a poor, poor miss at handling a customer complaint. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EAT. They are RUDE and don’t even LOOK LIKE A PLACE OF BUSINESS. My granny and I Went to this place earlier today & the customer service we received was HORRIBLE! My granny wanted her receipt and OUT OF NOWHERE THE RUDE CASHIER SAID “Don’t touch my register, anything you need you ask” WHEN SHE NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO TOUCH IT. Just asked for her receipt. Me and my mom usually order from here and it’s always great, she gets her usual fried chicken and I get the shrimp fried rice. I’ve been feeling off about rice recently so I usually inspect it. This time, I didn’t because I was really hungry and decided to eat it right away. This morning I had leftovers so before I wanted to warm it up on a separate plate , I looked through it and found something black . I picked it up just to make sure it was pepper or something , but I noticed tiny wings. There was a dead bug that I had found in my food.
