Drive through had me repeat a simple combo order 3 times, drive through service was incredibly slow at over 15 minutes to serve 3 cars ahead of me, inaccurate order on 3 of 3 items, Cashier was Latreisha S.
I've been going to Whataburger all my life, and recently moved to a new neighborhood, and this is the Whataburger in my area. It is single handedly the worst managed and worst serviced location I have ever seen.
I've been to this location 6 or 7 times now, and this is the first time I've decided to comment on it. This location has consistently had unbelievably slow service and terrible attention to detail. I've never had my order executed correctly, but I still try to have faith that this visit won't be atrocious in some way. From inaccurate order taking, constantly repeating myself to get my order placed correctly, to inattentive staff who seem to have no sense of teamwork or purpose of self, to inaccurate orders delivered.
I've come to the conclusion that I will write an incredibly detailed review every time I visit this location, and will post it both here and on your website. I understand that nobody in the service industry likes what I am doing right now, and I'm also aware that I might be shouting into the void. Iām not sure of these employees names, but when I did get to give my name for my order, your staff that was taken my order was very unprofessional and ghetto. I had to repeat my name all the four times, just for her to pause and say she didnāt hear again and again . Letās add that I got to the window and the drive through employee literally had his phone to his ear talking. The employee that was outside came back and was handling drive through again i got to the window at 4:27am and was told to pull forward because they are about to make my order. I ordered my food at 4:00am I understand having to wait 5-7 minutes like the app states but 30 minutes? The food taste great but the service is horrible!! I was told not a problem and asked to pull up to wait. 30 min later I got out the car and knocked on the door. I was ignored and told closed as I was attempting to say I ordered and have been waiting. ONLY one person made any effort to see what my issue was. BRITTNEY;I think a manager; came to the door and asked me to come inside. I explained my issue and she asked another manager on duty. I can't remember his name but it started w/ an E. He politely read my order back to me. I again verified my order and the one I cancelled. Brittney made my shake and ensured my order was correct! While the other nice and polite man/ manager made my food. During all this several other employees sat around and continued to do nothing. While the 2 managers Brittney & "E" with a few other employees worked continuously in the kitchen spitting out orders.
