Update: Our last visit here was MUCH better, the lo mein and fried rice are now a favorite, we got the copy of our receipt, employees were all perfect and professional!
I was going to get a picture of their prices on the way out but they had taken away the sign, it was 10.99 per adult and 4.99 per child for dinner but prices and food array vary from breakfast to dinner and there was a whole bunch of stuff on their prices sign. They also don't give you a copy of your receipt (they do and it goes to your table which the person who gets your drinks then takes). I liked a lot of the food, a lot of their chopped chicken dishes are swimming in fluid (probably to keep them from going stale but it made them soggy) but the flavor was still good. I liked the sushi, stick chicken, teriyaki chicken, and fried banana the most. The lo mein was soft (overcooked) and flavorless, fried rice didn't look like fried rice (no sesame oil or soy sauce which gives it color) so I didn't get it, my husband didn't like the seafood much (I'm not a seafood person so didn't try it). Servers keep watch over patrons, quickly refill drinks, and take finished dishes. The three girls in the front who were talking smack about other coworkers on our way out were kind of annoying, I hope they learn that behavior is not professional. All in all I will definitely be coming back, good food and...
Read moreI have never walked out of a restaurant before finishing a meal in my life, that is, until eating here. It blows my mind DHEC has not shut this place down. Many of the food trays had one or two pieces of food in them, the ones that weren't empty were cold or looked like they were sitting for hours. Most "food" on the bar was not the traditional Chinese restaurant fare, no general tsos??? No beef and broccoli? Did not look appealing at all and there were flies in the restaurant buzzing our table, and at the salad bar on the cold (on ice) Crablegs. I got a plate of honey chicken thinking it surely would be safe to try and it was definitely reheated (breading was stale and chicken was hard), and an eggroll (stale and cold, think texture of 2 day old Chinese food in your refrigerator). My guess is they cook in large batches a few days a week, stick it in the fridge and reheat as they need it. They make you pay first because no one would pay AFTER eating this. Literally ANY other restaurant is better than this, I've had better food from a gas station. Consider this, this restaurant is WORSE than gas station food. Absolutely disgusting, inedible. 1 star is too good of a rating. You leave feeling like you've...
Read moreAs you can see horrible customer service as the behalf supervisor they’re the manager so call as you can see I am directing this to the manager to the owner of the facility that I went across a hair. He seem to not care at all. I don’t know why this place is still open why it’s not investigated more because this should not happen to anyone, especially I would not want this to happen to anyone, this is so sad to hear that there are supervisors owners of facilities like this, that don’t not care and no one’s doing nothing about it and then wants to treat you like you have no rights or anything and want to leave there property unattended, no supervisor extra so if something would’ve occurred he does not care basically that’s what he told me as being a diabetic I’m really careful what I eat and what I put in my body reason why a lot of things can happen y’all might think what a simple hair nothing can happen to you know yes, a lot of things happen you could get a certain disease just by eating someone else’s hair how do you think people get DNA? Obviously by a hair as well so anything could be pass on just with a simple hair by...
