I came in today this afternoon for lunch and I dealt with the rudest person. He had a mullet haircut to start it off left two people workin who was swamped in orders he looked at me and said he is going to the bathroom someone would be with me shortly and walked away. I said whatever and waited an additional 10 minutes there was a taller man in Jersey Mike logo shirt sitting behind me with his hat off twiddling away at his damn laptop who didn’t even budge to help those other folks out behind the counter. I wasn’t even sure if he worked there to begin with until I saw his shirt and he angrily got up because he was being disturbed he almost knocked his chair plum over getting up. He finally got behind the counter to angrily ask me WHAT DO YOU WANT in such an aggressive tone. He poorly made my sandwich and it was sloppy the worst one I’ve had here usually a nice woman deals with me. This man gave me a go to hell look when I asked for a tad bit more mayo on my sandwich. He aggressively drowned my sandwich and then aggressively sent me on way. He slammed my sandwich down and shot me this look of screw me. Jersey Mikes over the last few months has gotten poor with their workers treating customers like garbage. I will be going to subway of jimmy John until this matter is resolved. I feel threatened by the man who got up out his seat and made my sandwich. I will be telling my friends and work buddies to not come to this establishment anymore especially when we get treated like crap for supporting our local community...
Read moreI don’t know if he’s the GM or assistant manger but the man that I had dealt with when it came to my order and me asking questions due to my allergy was very rude and had the worst possible attitude. His name was Trent. He was very rude and crude to me. I have a gluten intolerance and I asked him if they would be so kind as to have his workers change the gloves and wipe stuff down before preparing my order. I didn’t mind waiting. He then scoffed at me and stated I have online orders coming in and a line that’s backing up he can’t have everyone come to an outstanding hault because of me. I was in disbelief with his words. I thought very seriously this was a professional establishment but i thought very wrong. I am so sorry to anyone who has an allergy and has to come into contact with this man. What hurt me the most was when he told me if I didn’t want to risk a reaction to things to simply stay home and don’t eat out. I have been in this community for along time and never had this issue out of anyone else in this store. I politely told him I didn’t want my order and I’d be going elsewhere for my services. I’m very sorry that this is what society and jobs have come down to. If you’re unhappy with your job leave don’t take it out on people who help fund your paycheck and think highly of your store. I will not be coming back until better...

This is now the third time in a ROW I’ve placed an online order through the app and arrived after my pickup time and my order hasn’t even been started. Every-time I get told my order had been “lost” or they got “too busy with live customers.” Now this is frustrating for multiple reasons. 1.) The Jersey Mikes app has the feature to turn off online orders and they’ve done it multiple times before, so please do that vs forgetting about your online orders (there were about 8 bags on the back table that hadn’t been started and I overheard two orders were missing sandwiches in their bags.) 2.) All three times they were fully staffed (3 members at least) and there was maybe 2-3 people waiting inside. 3.) You should fulfill orders in the order they are received! I understand some situations come up where you have to help the floor first but when you aren’t busy there really isn’t an excuse why my ONE sandwich hasn’t even been started after ordering it 20 minutes earlier. 4.) I placed my order at 5:51 pm, I did not receive my order until 6:18pm and it was made incorrectly. To summarize, don’t order online if you expect it to be made correctly...
