Just when I thought this place might get better I was wrong. Managers apparently need just as much retraining as the rest of the employees at this particular establishment. I would love to tell you who it is that needs retraining however none of the managers seem to wear name tags I guess they don't want to be identified for their abysmal and abhorrent conduct. The restrooms are still consistently trashed apparently no one has a key for the paper towel dispenser because I have yet to see it placed where it belongs and is just out where all wet hands can touch it toilet paper is regularly left on the back of the toilet or on the back of the door to fall on the floor which never seems to be mopped. I have seen spills sit on the floor for hours, tables destroyed for equal amounts of time, employees very rarely bring food to the table and just yell at the top of their lungs. Customers that don't understand the kiosk are ignored and ridiculed for not knowing how it works and to get someone to deal with a cash payment is almost impossible. I would like to think that with the utter lack of housekeeping and customer service perhaps employees would have more time to listen to patrons and prepare food but alas orders are very often incorrect and cold. And let's not forget the apparent time limit for how quickly you need to eat your food and exit the building unless you be considered loitering, we sat down for 5 minutes today and we're promptly told to leave. 10 out of 10 would not recommend avoid this...
Read moreI’m not hard to please, but this place continues to become more and more of a joke. Last night was the last straw. I placed an order through the app, arrived at 11:00 pm and the app let me pick a stall. I then seen an employee stick their head out of the store and look right at me, then lock the door. The app then said curbside was closed. I was forced to resort to the drive through with only 2 vehicles ahead of me. Time after time trying to get food from this location I’m told “please give me a minute”. This time was no different. I informed them I had put an order in through the app when prompted, but my name wasn’t taken and was told to “wait a minute”. When I finally made it to the window they had no idea my name, and I had to explain my order 3 separate times. Luckily they made me a fresh ice cream since the original had melted. From the time we arrived to the time our mobile order was in my hand was 35 minutes. Again, there were only 2 vehicles ahead of me. We travel to Mesquite a few times per year, and each time we try to visit this location out of convenience I’m quickly reminded how incompetent this location is. I have never had a normal experience here and I’m not exaggerating! Last night was the worst experience I have ever had buying a meal in my entire life. Incompetent, unprofessional, unreasonable, horrendous service at this location....
Read moreOkay. I've gone here plenty of times and they have always been really respectful and get my order fine correctly. Waiting has never bothered me. I usually go here on my lunch because it's the only place open at 1 in the morning and I work graves but today my friend went and picked food up for my co-worker and myself and when she brought the food to us there was hair in our food. My co-worker took a picture of the hair on the receipt while it was still in the bag. My friend took it back and asked if she could get it remade. They said of course and remade the food but when we got the food for the second time I checked it again and it was already cold so I looked at the receipt and they didn't even remake the food they just put it in a new bag and said they remade it. The receipt was the exact same as the one before. Same number same time. Plus the receipt still had a hair attached to the adhesive on the back of it. She took it back the second time and the girl at the window said she would not re make the food and refused to give my friend a refund. I'm not upset about the food. Stuff happens and mistakes are made but not giving someone a refund who had to come back twice because you lied and said you remade the food is complete bs. You don't treat a customer like that because you got caught in a lie. I am not going to be going...
