This review is based solely off their drive-thru. This drive thru setup has to be clumsiest, chaotic, and least organized drive thru I’ve ever been through. The drive thru line circles around the building into a second circle so you’re meant to enter the right lane and circle around into the left lane and order when there’s a lot of cars. There’s a gap in the lane where the cars at the pickup window have to exit but time and time again there are cars who knowingly or unknowingly just see the cars on the left lane and enter there while there’s an entire line that’s circling the building. The gap is there to let cars exit after they get their food but this only causes issues in the line. This problem could easily be solved by have more cones added where that gap is so that cars know they need to go on the right and circle around. You would only need to leave a gap where the cars are meant to exit but that still blocks any cars trying to cross over into the left lane. Either that or it’s not that difficult to have a big sign made that says “Drive thru lane start —” and have it facing where cars enter so they know that. I don’t know if such sign exists yet but if it does it’s not noticeable and there needs to be a big clear sign with that information. It already takes long enough going through the drive thru, we don’t need cars cutting the line. Some people see a double line by the pickup window and think “oh there must be two lanes for pickup”. I’ve been here a few times and it’s happened every single time. While this new location is now the closest one to me, I rather drive to the Garland location for a better...

Not exactly sure regarding who’s in charge at this Town East location in Mesquite, but I spoke with a Manager who claims her name is “Frida”. For some special reason my family enjoys coming to Raising Canes just about every other day 🤦🏽‍♀️. A while ago after leaving the drive-thru I took a bite of my chicken and the texture was very chewy… rubbery like. I called politely and asked to speak with a manager to see if I could get an explanation (undercooked, overcooked, bad batch, not fresh etc) something… but the young lady began screaming to someone in the background as if she weren’t listening to me.

Then, I said “Hello” because she became silent. Frida began to say “well I don’t know what to tell you because no one else has said anything.” So, I’m thinking to myself… “okay that’s irrelevant to me right now, I’m directly coming to you to see if you could give me an idea or a solution”. Nothing. I am the type to speak on what is good and mind my own business. But her response was a red flag 🚩 to me! It’s 2024 and all of this fake food is becoming a plague. A kind explanation would have sufficed for me, or a replacement meal. I bought 2. I own a business and my motto is not “the customer is always right” but I do value all of my customers especially the loyal ones.

So to whomever is head of this place, please speak with your team, FRIDA in particular. Because managing comes with hospitality, communication and...

Mediocrity at its finest. Night crew needs to be trained all over again on how to properly prepare a sandwich with 'sauce on the side'. Not only did they charged me extra but they made me waste my time and energy. I had to 'gentle parent' them on how it's made. The ladies that take the payment are always lovely. Not sure why but the crew at the window, speaker and kitchen need to get it together. I kid you not, I felt emotionally drained from leaving that drive thru. What couldve been 15-20 minute wait time. Turned into a the longest 40 minutes of my life. I wanted to be nice to them, (I've worked at a canes before). But they make it so antagonizing to order from here, when I repeated my order multiple times and the same girl as always messes it up. Not sure if she's playing around, talking, on her phone (only God knows). But it kills me to wait for a long time and then have to circle around and wait, AGAIN. I speak kindly to them and to add insult to injury they act ridiculously rude. For crying out loud if you don't like taking orders or handing the food to customers, please go clean tables at the lobby. This madness has to stop! I suffer from anxiety and i have a hard time when it comes to placing my order. But the fact that you choose to not listen and then get defensive at me is what bothers me. I know we all make mistakes but every SINGLE TIME I come to this location at night they always mess up...

Based on the service I received today. I am convinced they are paying people to leave good reviews. I came through the drive thru today at 2:05pm ordered a 3 finger combo with fries with no salt. There were only two cars in front of me. 1st of the cashier Silivia was very rude. I asked her if she was confused about something because she looked puzzled when I came to the window she loudly and angrily responded "WHAT!?" to me. Then when I pulled off and tasted my fries they were not fresh at all, tasted like cold fries dipped back in grease to appear fresh but they were brown and greasy. So, then I called the manager named Frida and she was being extremely rushy, doesn't express empathy or apologize for her rude employee nor the fries and then she asked me my name . I said, "are you going to write it, down are you ready for it." She replies your name is "are you ready for it?" Terrible customer service. Raising Canes this is who you all decide to hire? Do yourselves a favor as customers DO NOT come here and do yourselves a favor as a company, get rid of these employees or they will bring your company down like Quiznos. There are other great people that are looking for a job that will better suit the company. Get rid of these employees that don't value customers. I wish Google had a 0 stars rating option, they deserve a negative rating actually.

I normally go for the kids meal—it comes with fries, two chicken fingers, and a kid-sized drink. But today, I decided to get the three-piece combo because I wanted a little more food, plus the Texas toast and a larger drink. Naturally, I assumed that upgrading to a full combo would also come with more fries—not just an extra chicken tender and bigger drink. But when I got my order, I was surprised to see the same size fries that I usually get with the kids meal. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager. A young lady answered and said she was the manager, but when I asked whether the combo should come with more fries, her response was vague: “Um, yeah... I think so? I guess you might get a little more?” I didn’t press the issue or go back to get more fries, but now I know—next time, I’ll probably just stick with the kids meal. Better portion control, same fries, and it saves a little money too.

One of my beloved fast food joints, but as time goes by, the tenders have shrunk and the cost has increased! The larger the order of chicken tenders, the tinier they seem to be. It's like they're more tendon than chicken! It feels like performing surgery while eating, always having to remove gristle! I DESPISE GRISTLE AND TENDONS IN MY MEAT! I threw some away before taking this photo, but it just kept appearing, so here we go. William's Chicken might be the better choice! I would recommend giving William's a try since they are more affordable and without Tendons.
