The first time I had the Caffe Milano experience, it was 3 years ago for a bachelor party. The experience that time was top notch. To start off, mojitos were delicious. The shots were great. And most of all... The lobster paella was to die for! It was the first time I had paella and I fell in love. All these years, I had been just anticipating the chance to visit this place. When the opportunity arose to come back to revisit Caffe Milano, I just HAD to! I came back to Caffe Milano on a separate Miami trip just to come back to the familiar fantastic flavors. I was helped by Analia - a wonderful, ecstatic beam of energy. We were greeted with tequila shots as well as her wonderful personality. The owner Yadina made sure we were being tended to and we sure were. The mojitos that were brought out were top notch and the lobster paella was everything I wanted and more. Overall, my second experience here was as memorable as the first. I wish I lived in Miami to experience this wonderful spot on a regular basis.

Not the greatest experience in all honesty. Ordered a beer and two cocktails during happy hour. The beer seemed to be quite watered down. So I asked the waiter about this and he said I should order Guinness (4%) instead of Bud (4%) as Bud is a 'light' beer and I quote his words (Americans love low alcohol beer...). Anyway, I was a little unnerved as it seemed to me that he basically admitted to watering the alcohol as the two examples are both the same (4%), but he was trying to convince me that Bud is lower than Guinness. I'm on a road trip, so I have a breathalyser at the hotel. After the 25oz beer and two medium mojito cocktails, I was 0.09. Just over the legal limit, how is this even possible considering all I drank??? I knew I was close to the legal limit after the walk back to the hotel, should have been at least double the limit if not trebled... All for $65 and not even tipsy...

Cool spot,

First time in Miami, so not much experience on where to go and what to do! We were walking along the strip from the Beacon Hotel South beach heading north and ran into a wonderful person named Andres. Turns out he is the Owner of Caffe Milano! I was traveling with a vegan and a celiac, so we walked by at least 5 nice spots until Andres said no problem, I will make it work for you and make you happy. Every other spot heard about these difficult food allergies and sensitivities, most places just said no way and others said we are not sure but probably not able to help. Andres welcomed us in and treated us like royalty! The drinks were awesome, great atmosphere too! You would assume this review is over… but it wasn’t until the next morning when We were sitting at a nice breakfast spot in the same area and Andres was there hanging out with the Friends and he found out it was my partners birthday! He said please, after breakfast come join us again at Café Millano (normally this means sure a free drink and expectation to pay for more food or drinks, I get it!) But no, he gave us a free bottle of nice prosecco to celebrate my partners special day. We tried to pay but he wouldn’t allow it! and expected nothing more, just wanted to treat us again!

Thanks Andres I’ve told my friends and family about your spot and will be...

My wife and I, along with our dog Pepper had dinner here on Wednesday night May 1st. We were promptly greeted and seated by Santo , who was also our server for the evening. He explained the happy hour drinks and I settled on a Maitai while my wife had a mojito. The drinks were excellent. Pepper also received a nice big bowl of cold water. For dinner I chose the brushetta toasts and my wife had a salad. The portions were generous and delicious. I had the bolognese over tagliatelle which I have had here before and I love it. My wife had spaghetti carbonara, which was also excellent. For desert we chose to split the tiramisu, it also did not disappoint with a nice chocolate and creamy coffee flavor. I want to mention that this wonderful experience was made even better by the prompt and professional service by Santo. Although it was a busy evening he always made sure to give us his attention and he made sure we had a great...
