Today, at 8 o'clock in the evening on January 16, I took my 11-year-old daughter to pick out clothes in the Urock store facing the sea in South Beach, Miami. When my daughter and I entered the store, my daughter saw a camisole made of fake crystals and liked it very much. She was about to take it off the hanger and recommend it to me. The clerk rushed over and told me and my daughter that you can't touch it. This dress is for adults. I stood with my daughter and didn't speak at that time because I didn't like this dress very much. I think maybe it was a misunderstanding, she thought my daughter was going to wear it. My daughter was intimidated by her serious face. Just give her the clothes. Then my daughter and I continued looking at other clothes, which I was looking at. Seeing her rushing up to my daughter again and saying "you can't take these beads" I walked over right away. Asked what happened, she told me that my daughter was pulling the beads on the dress, I immediately asked my daughter, my daughter was crying and said "I didn't, I just touched it" I immediately told the clerk and said "I Daughter didn't try to get the beads off the dress, we just touched" she said "no I can show you the video, she is trying to pull the beads off" I asked her to show me the video and after a while she went Go to the cashier, put the video on and tell me "oh no there is no video" I say "I told you my daughter can't pull the beads and she told you she didn't and you weren't there for her, you I just saw her reaching out to touch her clothes, how do you know she pulls? Please say sorry to her” I was very angry at the time because my daughter is a very shy and timid girl, and she was scared to cry by the side . But the clerk said "I'm not wrong, I won't apologize" I said "Your clothes are all good, are they broken? We told you we didn't pull the beads, you have to apologize." The clerk said "I won't apologize "I told her 'I'm going to start the tape, I need an apology' and I did the tape and I'm putting part of the conversation here for their managers to see. My English is not my mother tongue, because I am a minority, so I can't touch the clothes in the store, such a thing is very...
Read moreDo not buy from this store. I bought a shirt for $180, I washed it once in cold water as per instructions. I never even wore it once, not once! The dye ran right across the shirt.. I sent it back and paid for postage and packing, and was told on the phone that I would get a replacement shirt. They failed to respond to my phone calls, did not adhere to their promise, and I had to leave a message saying that I wanted to make an order so that they would respond. When they did respond, they told me that I hadn’t followed instructions for washing.. They also said that they had never had any problems with this type of shirt in 30 years from the same manufacturer. They said that the colour of the dye was different from the shirt. As though I had created it myself! I will never, ever buy from the store again, it is overpriced, and they will rip you off if anything goes wrong. No matter how genuine your issue, they will not service you. Do not buy from this store, you have been warned! By the way, if you owners are reading this, I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau. Karma...
Read moreThank God for this Store! Dressing is so hard for me! And life is extra hard, dressing is depressing in my world.
I had luggage issues and needed good clothes that fit my chronic pain and fast, one of the staff I think the manager listens so well and cared so much, she found me outfits that did excellent, I sent some people from my events I was attending for a shop and they came back same as I, dressed fabulous and with a big confidence boost from the adoration of all the staff in the store. She pulled dresses I wouldn't have thought of and they got me the most compliments! Everything I passed by the store after I got a smile and the care and used to the kudos my awesome self deserves.
I can't wait to come back, thank you for the easy fashion show...
