I honestly have come here several times before. Decent food, alright price (for south beach). Today though… I really had a test of patience.

I ordered a $30 too good to go bag (random surprise bag), and what I received was a child’s portion of spaghetti with string cheese sprinkled on top and some jasmine rice (also a toddler’s portion. From what I can find, the jasmine rice cost 5 dollars on their online menu.

When I returned to speak with the gentleman working the stand, he apologized and said the cook had forgot to add protein.

When I received it back, he made sure to tell me that they don’t typically add that much food to orders, and my original order was in line with what I paid. “This is south beach, what do you expect?”. He exclaimed. My man wanted me to eat the literal representation of the struggle.

I was trying to use my critical knowledge in advanced thinking to figure out how 2 child’s portions of poverty carbohydrates equates to $ 30 dollars. He told me I was the issue, and I was left to preserve my patience. Even when I sat down with my food, he then made sure to come outside and tell me that I was still the issue… even after I had left the building.

Thank you for the riveting experience.

Like I said, decent food (if the portions are human sized), at an avaerage price. But this time, I used too many brain cells to just pick up my food.

P.S. : If you want to eat great food and have consistently great service, please go next door to Sando. Even their most simple dishes are extremely tasty, and they’re always attentive. Reasonable prices

Catered event for a small 14 ppl Gathering . I called Chef Nilton last. Minute to have appts and Dinner for a small Bday Gathering . He told me do. It worry about it . I will put it together for you . He set up Ceviche , beef skewers and empanadas for appetizers- Then arrangements of beef, chicken, pork (carnitas) and shrimp tacos with all the sides. Green rice and pico de gallo . Everything was AMAZING! Delicious. Every guest was impressed and we ate everything. Portions were very good and it arrived on time . Thank you Chef Nilton for accommodating my request on a busy Saturday for your shop at the Lincoln Estery. You have 14 new customers who loved your food. A fusion of Mexican and Peruvian Flavors. Sauces and little touches . We will think of you for our next event or visit you at the Estery. Muchas...

Cilantro in the Lincoln Road Eatery was a total surprise for me. I’ve tried a lot of places around Miami Beach, but this spot has something special. Chef Nilton, who I found out has won some serious culinary awards, knows exactly how to bring out the best in Latin flavors.

I started with the tacos, and they were honestly some of the best I’ve had—perfectly seasoned and fresh, with that authentic taste that’s hard to find. The quesadilla was cheesy, packed with flavor, and had that satisfying balance of spice. But the highlight for me? The ceviche. It’s on another level! Fresh, tangy, and perfectly balanced—it’s hands down the best ceviche I’ve had in Miami!

Cilantro 27 is a cool spot in the city with yummy food. I tried their fish tacos, and they were amazing! The fish in the tacos was cooked just right and tasted so good. It was wrapped in a soft tortilla. Every bite had lots of flavors—some were savory, some were a bit sweet, and others were tangy. What made these tacos special was how fresh everything tasted. The crunchy cabbage and and fish were so flavorful. They also put a creamy guacamole sauce on top making the tacos even tastier. To add on, their service was spectacular and staff were very friendly. Cilantro 27's fish tacos are a must-try and we are glad we made the visit, definitely come by to try their tacos if you are in the area!
