Crocs at Lincoln Road — Local services in Miami Beach

FIONA is a fabulous employee! Let me explain. Sunday, Sept 4, I had to urge my husband to atleast TRY a pair of Crocs. He had always shown no interest, yet standing and walking were getting harder on joints and knees at times. FIONA greeted us with the best and most GENUINE smile....and somehow--within 30 seconds finessed my husband into atleast trying. We own a retail store in Venice, Fla, and when she enthusiastically started going up steps, and " into the back storage areas" to make sure he had the right fit and comfort--- we looked at each other and said " Let's hire this girl away from them!" He is now the proud owner of his first pair of CROCS and CROC sandals. We completed our stay in Sobe with him trying out both pairs--and now that we are back to work---both are his new work shoes! She successfully converted a Sketcher guy!

I want to place an importance on this employee: Her sales techniques are perfection. She is calm and not overbearing. She knows her products. She listens. Never gave up. Zero laziness. All hustle. The smile never quits! When he jokingly said " Come work for us!".... she explained that she was just 17 years old, and had only worked there a short time. She had already been Employee of the Month. In a very short amount of time--- FIONA could put to shame sooooo many others who work retail and with the ever changing public. Grace. Style. Tenacity. I can't say enough about the maturity of this young lady! Whoever manages/owns/ or is in a lead position in this store location---- KEEP HER! Reward her...

I don't usually write reviews but I have to express what I saw at this store and I have to say what I witnessed was disgusting. Manager Lizette mistreated her employee in front of a customer belittling her and since the employee was below her position she used that to humiliate her from experience let me tell you no employee ever wants to experience this. I understand when there is an issue with a customer one always tries to fix the issue. All I saw was the employee trying to explain to the customer she wasn't allowed to do a certain discount because of her position but when Lizette took over both she and the customer when at her and made her feel bad. Don't ever humiliate an employee like that and if I could give this store 0 stars I would. I will take my business elsewhere and never come back...

We truly had a wonderful experience at this location thanks to Yeimil! We were literally going home that evening on a flight back to Connecticut and the last thing I wanted to do was purchase FOUR pairs of Crocs to add to our suitcase lol but it happened!! Yeimil’s customer service was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, sincere and you can tell he truly wants to make his customers happy. Even gave us tips about cruises taken out of Miami! He even reassured us that the croc charms he gave us that we purchased would be great for our girls. Being business owners ourselves, it is so refreshing to see people with amazing, fabulous and A plus for customer service!!! Lisa...
