Why Maps don't have evaluation in 'Minus stars' ? I would rate this mall as five in minus. This place should be shut down immediately, Though the announced time for closing restaurants is 10 pm, the mall management ask customers sitting outside to move so they take the fabric seats to inside at 8pm, it is so embarracing to couples or families who chose to take their food and sit outside. If you, the mall owners are so in love with the seats and scared that they will get stolen, then you can take them to their homes. The owners, or/and Manager, or/and Security company are living in a jungle. You buy something, from them, sit outside, they would come after 5 minutes to apologize that they are closing, ' Not anything wrong, this goes for all, by the manager' that's what they tell you, though they leave chairs outside. This Eatery mall is affecting the reputation of all Lincoln road Mall plus the reputation of the tenant restaurants . I stopped a police car and the officer told me "Too many people complained, we're fed up with this place". The Eatery mall doesn't own/pay for the paving outside, and they should but a tape around their part of the paving before insulting even people who didn't buy something from them, what about a customer like me who bought something and enjoying outside. What if a kid or a drunk man sat on the chairs left outside?More bad experience I had before when I saw the cleaners, morning shift, throw the food and drinks of customers in trash as soon as they go to wash their hands or talk to freinds that stop by to say hello. It happened with me many times, my coffee and my croissant are untouched , and they throw them away. I talked to the manager and he kept repeating ' Yes, because you must buy something before sitting" , as if he didn't hear what i said, You need that the manager swear he is the manager because his logic would not convince you that he...

I wouldn't have food in this place, where they treat customers like 'Second degree humans' and they are the "Chosen by God".

1- Every day the security, instructed by the manager or the owners of the mall, have clash with peole using the pedistrian walkway around the mall, as if they paid or owns the roads and the public walkways outside their property !!? Total barbarian management and security people, uneducated, living in a jungle.

2- If you order food and put it on the table, then you should attend it and not go to the restroom, because the security would tell the cleaners to throw your food in the trash though the mall is empty !!? 3- No customer, no matter hiw smart he is, can find the entrance to/the way to get to to the shisha place over the roof, because the management allows no signboards or arrows to lead you there, so the shisha place keeps being sold every few. Months.

4- Though management rents the area of the corridor /gangway inside the mall, and the restrooms to the tenant restaurants owners, the managent still interfere and behave rudely with customers of the tenant. I saw the secrity guy arguing with a classy man with his wife and kids that he cannot use the restrooms beforevgoing back to the table and bringing the reciept of food order.

5- The mall manager/security takes outdoor seats inside, and 8:00 pm, though tenant restaurants and mall closing time is 10:00 pm I saw the security guy asking a couple, man and woman, who took their Pizza out and used the outdoor seats, asking them to move inside cuz he want to store...

Please PLEASE try Ai-Sushi!! I and my husband stopped by late lunch. My husband was going for Pizza and I was looking for something light. Passed by Ai-Sushi, couldn't resist to try as much as changed my husband 's mind that he immediately got hungry for Sushi. I usually don't expect from Japanese restaurant. I'm Japanese, live in South Beach for 10 years, lived in South of Framce, Lived in London. I've been trying Japanese everywhere but never met REALLY traditional Japanese taste and presentation until today! Oh my goodness . We were Very lucky that chef/owner Carlos was there!! I order Chirashi. The presentation remided me of my mother who passed away used to make for me. Perfect amount of evrery topping and rice. The decoration is humble and beautiful as our traditional Sushi. Also I could appreciate the taste of every ingredients in my mouth that remind me "This is Sushi to enjoy every ingredients which came from our mother nature that never need any unnecessary sauce. We talked with Chef Carlos about how he starting business etc, and he makes me very proud being Japanese in this country. I can't go any other Japanese restaurant after I taste his entertainment any more. I couldn't find where to review for Ai-Sushi so I will leave review here.
