If you're looking for some good ole traditional Asian food, look elsewhere. This review is for their Pho. They have several different varieties of ramen on the menu. But only one Ribeye Steak Pho on the card. We got the ribeye ramen and the ribeye pho. The ramen is passable as a ramen for what it is. The pho however is an entirely different story. I have no idea what they are trying to disguise this thing as. They gave me the same exact dish as the ribeye ramen except they threw in pho noodles instead of ramen noodles. This is not Pho! They basically gave me a bowl of their ramen soup, threw in Pho noodles, HALF a raw onion, and 10-15 slices of fresh jalapeño and called it "pho". Oh and corn. This place is touted as Asian Fusion so I guess it gets a 1 star pass. The pictures show how much of the onion and jalapeños are left after I ate over half of them already. I guess those two mask the flavor into making you think it's pho broth? And yes, the bowl is empty because it's small portions.

I don't know why it took me so long to review this but this is the real deal. Authentic Asian cuisine from Dim Sum, Dumplings, and Fried Rice to Noodles. Locate inside the Lincoln Road Food Hall, this place will satisfy your cravings for Asian food. My favorite shareables are the Pan Fried Korean BBQ Dumplings, Shrimp Har Gow, Crispy Fried Shumai, and Charsiu Bun. Everything is made to order so be patient. But once you take a bite of each of these items, you'll be impressed. They only use quality ingredients. As for the noodles, you can't go wrong with their ramen. Noodles are made from scratch and the owner will even give you a demo of how they make them. They have this machine that will mold the fresh dough into strings of noodles and the elasticity comes out perfect. Love this place and the owner is always there not just to greet you with a smile but explain how they cook and prepare their food. He is definitely proud of the quality dishes they serve.

I had a long day at work and was so looking forward to a yummy meal, but this was so bad and left me so disappointed. I normally dont like to leave reviews less than 5 stars (and I’m being generous with 3 stars!) but I spent almost $50 for a meal that I ended up throwing in the trash (I have never done this before; it was that bad). Not sure if they were super busy or if they had a bad night, but I wouldn’t spend your hard earned money on these two items: The gyoza tasted like it wasn’t fresh. It was chewy and didn’t taste good. It felt like something you buy at a grocery store that is left frozen for a long time. But even that wouldn’t be that bad… The JB tempura was super salty (I was surprised because apparently people buy this a lot on Uber Eats), it also had very little creme cheese, and did not have good flavor. I guess I’ll stay hungry tonight; thanks Ai Tallarin! At least your bag was pretty though.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ai Tallarin, and it was truly an exceptional sushi experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for the evening.

The ambiance of the Lincoln eatery is cozy yet sophisticated, perfect for an intimate dinner or a casual outing with friends. The attention to detail in the decor and layout added to the overall dining experience.

Now, onto the main event - the sushi. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, expertly crafted and beautifully presented. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every roll, and the creative combinations showcased the chef's mastery of his craft.

One particular standout was the Terranova Roll - a delightful fusion of flavors that left me craving more. it was a culinary journey that I won't soon forget.

But what truly sets Ai Tallarin apart is the impeccable service. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring that every guest had a memorable dining experience.

In conclusion, Ai Tallarin exceeded all my expectations and set a new standard for sushi dining in the area. Whether you're a sushi aficionado or just looking for a remarkable culinary experience, I highly recommend giving Ai Tallarin a try. You won't be...

I have looked for good ramen on the beach for years. I’m a fan of Go Bistro, but it’s all the way in Wynwood and to be honest, Ai Tallarin is just better. If you come at the right time, you’ll spot the chef making noodles from scratch right behind the register. The broth is flavorful, but pleasant, not too salty or strong, the egg is perfectly soft, but not raw, the noodles are chewy and soak up the broth, and the veggies are always perfectly cooked as well.

My boyfriend hesitantly got the duck noodles. He’s a duck fanatic and is always scared it’s going to be poorly done unless we are at a Michelin Star restaurant. But, he was beside himself with how amazing the duck was here. Also, big thanks to the team there for being so accommodating. He’s got a seafood allergy and they took the extra time to clean and separate his dish from any potential allergens.

You can find them on Uber Eats, but I recommend checking them out in person. The cashiers are always delightful and it’s just north of Lincoln Rd on Meridian. A perfect stopover for your next SoBe shopping excursion. Plus, it’s a food hall, so you and your dining partner can order from different restaurants and eat together if you’re having trouble agreeing on what to eat.

This is a must try if you’re in the...

Hands down, the best ramen in Miami; I should probably say “South Florida”!

I walked into Lincoln Eatery out of curiosity and haven’t stopped visiting AI Tallarring,” One of the best Ramen” I have tried in the U.S. Their combination of spices, flavors, and in some cases spicy (upon your tolerance), and most importantly the freshness of their veggies, protein, and in-home made noodles kept me going back! I have tried almost all their Ramen, including my two favorites’ Salmon and Duck.

After visiting a few times, I met Carlos (the owner); he shared with me his anesthetic background and his experience behind the kitchen, and then I understood why such a great flavor and the perfect friendly, casual cuisine. This Gen knows food and customer service!

Pros: Great atmosphere, lots of seating, easy-to-understand menu, and most importantly, affordable prices. I noticed they have this nice thermal to-go bag that kept my food/lunch tasting after I took it home.

Cons: I went back, and the Salmon Ramen wasn’t on the menu for...
