Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Craft South Beach!

I can’t even begin to describe how incredible my experience at Craft South Beach was! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like absolute royalty. The ambiance is stunning, the food is beyond perfection, and the service—oh, the service!

But let me tell you about the true star of the night: Paula V., the most incredible waitress I have ever encountered. She is a GEM, an absolute angel sent to elevate the dining experience to levels I didn’t even know existed. Her attention to detail is out of this world—every recommendation was spot-on, every plate arrived with flawless timing, and she anticipated my needs before I even knew I had them. And her warmth, kindness, and radiant energy? Unmatched. It felt like I was dining with a lifelong friend who just happens to be the most professional and charming server ever.

The food? Heavenly. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, crafted to perfection. The cocktails? Works of art. The atmosphere? Vibrant yet cozy, elegant yet welcoming.

Craft South Beach doesn’t just serve food—it delivers an experience, an unforgettable journey of flavors and hospitality. I have had the pleasure of visiting CRAFT cafe numerous times, and it has undoubtedly become my go-to spot for a delightful culinary experience. Each visit has been an absolute delight, and I can't wait to share my experiences with fellow food enthusiasts!

I am sorry to only give it 3 stars cause Craft at Bayside really blew our mind with everything they had to offer.

We came here at Craft South Beach (after the previous good experiance the other place) to try their Tuesday burger and asked for ranch with our meal. All were good but when I took a bite of the burger .. there was a little chunk of cartilage and it changed the meal from perfect to .. below average.

We thought .. it aint so good but it can happen and we continued the meal.

The service asked all around us if the food was good .. but not us and when we had to pay they had aldready given themselves a 20% tip in good service for the meal. All they had done was taken the order + asked for additional tips after they came with the receipt.

I know it aint much but I had expected much more and felt left out compared to the other guests. I know this place can be good so I want to give an honest 3 stars cause the food is still great .. just be careful cause it hurts the tooth when biting into pieces...
