Coming here was a waste of time. We were seated quickly (about a 10-15 minute wait) and placed in the back. We waited over 10 minutes for our server to take our drink orders. We ordered three milkshakes which were made with water because they ran out of ice cream.. It was literally chocolate milk and water with whipped cream on top.. I wish I were exaggerating. Then after another 15 minutes, he took our food order. He came back another 10 minutes later saying he forgot our order because he never wrote it down. While we were ordering, he walked away to tend to another table instead of placing our order.. we called the manager on the phone because no one came back for over 10 minutes. The manager ended up taking our order. The table of 8, who were seated after us and had the same waiter, got their food 10 before we did. When the waiter finally brought HALF of our food order, he apologized and said "it wasn't my fault" and proceeded to blame everyone else. The manager brought us more of our order.. except he brought the wrong items. The waiter insisted the pancakes I ordered didn't exist until I showed him the menu. We had to call him back because he never brought us utensils. The manager came over and tried to make up for it... With free refills and a kids chocolate milk. We have been here for 2 hours and still haven't even paid. Update: we got our check, and the chocolate milk and the refills they said they wouldn't charge us for was placed under another type of drink so we would still pay for it. When we asked for the manager, he tried to argue with us. A DIFFERENT manager came to the table and comped the drinks. If you want an all day...
Read moreI never post reviews. Ever. But I just had to. This place is awful. The worst IHOP I've ever been to in my life. I moved to Miami Beach about a year ago and took my daughter to IHOP the day after we arrived. I remember the service being less than stellar and the place just looked dirty. I haven't been back for a year, but today I decided to take my daughter out for lunch. After seeing that Denny's was closed for maintenance, we settled on IHOP. What a mistake! They sat me and my 1 year old at a table in the center with everyone in the place staring at us. Our waiter didn't get to our table for about 10 minutes, and only after the other waitress working told him to help me. When he finally came I asked to switch to a booth. I finally ordered, and we didn't get our food for about 20 mins. The food was HORRIBLE. I ordered a chicken bacon avocado ranch sandwich without tomatoes. I got a sandwich with tomatoes and without ranch. The fries were cold. When I finally got my waiter's attention he took the sandwich back and brought it back out with a TON of ranch coming out of it. They were understaffed and the waiter I had was waiting all of the tables because the waitress who was there was busy sitting at a table chatting it up with her friend (the one who wouldn't stop staring at me in the beginning). The worst part is the manager was there joining in their conversation. These people don't have a clue how to run a decent business. Whoever owns this place should re-evaluate what they're doing. They need to fire everyone and start fresh. The absolute worst chain I've ever been to. I will not ever go back there and would not...

The menu offers the usual IHOP staples: a wide variety of pancakes, omelettes, and other breakfast favorites, as well as lunch and dinner options.
