Its a cute fun traditional spot that will surprise you with the best sushi i have had in my entire life hands down. This place has some of the coolest options like various Toro cuts and a waygu roll that will change your life. Legit the best bites of sushi I have ever had. My girl and I love to try every and any fire food spot we can hear about or be recommended and we were fortunate enough to eat menu options directly from the big boss Chef Gio-san. As well being able to watch him prepare each roll it became a super cool omakase experience with absolutey to die for fresh traditional handmade sushi rice. You can tell there is so much love passion and knowledge that goes into every step of the preparation. This is a HAVE TO VISIT spot if you are in miami beach and want sushi. Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place takes pride in what they do. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and welcoming — perfect for both a date night and a casual dinner.

The sushi was next-level fresh — every bite melted in my mouth. You can truly taste the quality of the fish and the attention to detail from the chef. The Bluefin tuna, especially, was some of the best I’ve ever had in Miami. Presentation was flawless, and the flavors balanced perfectly.

The staff went above and beyond — super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made great recommendations and made sure our experience was top-notch from start to finish.

This is quality. The Owners, a lovely wife and husband duo, lead this light space. The latter (forgive me for I don’t recall his name) being one of the sushi chefs — a masterful artist in the field of culinary. Unique dishes are dashed across the menu; a touch of Peruvian fusion that is the perfect balance of creativity and thoughtful flavors. Gyozas are made in house, fresh and perfectly proportioned. Sake selection was delightful. This locally owned restaurant will give you every reason to try it and come back.

Don’t know what to order? We tried a little of everything, a couple hungry from not eating the whole day, and this was more than satisfying. It was beyond my expectations; look out Katana, you have competition.
