MR JONES — Restaurant in Miami Beach

Beautiful venue, horrible staff. You couldn’t pay me to step foot in there again. Upon entry I tipped every door guy, I was told it was $200 for men to walk in the door for the minimum bar tab on a non event Sunday, I’m cool until I get to the door girl and it changed to $276 with the service fees, I asked if the service fees went to the bartender since no service was being provided they say no. Ok cool, I’ll still give this place a shot since my boys the DJ there. I call him to see where he’s at and tell him what I pay to walk in the door, he tells me if called him at the door I would of walked in free, which I do as a courtesy to him at my club in Tampa, so I go upfront to talk to the manager he could care less and was playing on his phone, he tells me I should of said at the door I was with the DJ, which I did, and I would have been free and just handed me money back like that was the solution I was looking for. I told him it wasn’t about money I just feel like I was being played especially when I got to the bar and they tell me the only vodka they sell is Ciroc but a guy sitting at a vip table is drinking Smirnoff and because the fact I had to prepay a bar tab at the door and the guy sitting next to me at the bar was buying beers back to back and didn’t have to prepay at the door. So at this point we’re ready to leave, I walk to the DJ booth to say bye to my boy he tells me to come up in front of the HOS I try to walk up they tell me I’m not allowed up, so my boy walks off the stage from his set walks me and my wife up I front of the HOS who just said no, not even 2 minutes later my wife goes to the bathroom and they wouldn’t allow her back up even though the DJ just personally walked us up, she’s in tears at this point because she had to call me and have the DJ go back down just to walk her back up to the DJ booth. I’m completely over it at this point, security was clueless and showed 0 hospitality when I was tipping them all, the manager couldn’t even look at me when I was addressing my concerns, the VIP manager was straight up lying about what they sell and I was quoted 2 different prices for bottle service, and the door guy lied to me and said E11EVEN wasn’t open when it’s 24/7, the only person in the entire building that was hospitable was the door girl. Still managed to spend $300 in the whole 35 minutes I was there. We left and went to E11EVEN and had a blast, the entire staff was hospitable and the service was excellent, by the way it was free cover and the first drink was...

Oof where to even begin. First off, the price of this place is astronomical for absolutely no reason. No dance floor, confined to small booths, and just all around nothing special. The place was pretty trashy (there was literally a female guest dancing on the table with her feminine hygiene product exposed and no staff stopped her) considering there is a dress code and it's advertised as "up scale" I was shocked to see something so gross. Many reviews say the door is strict, but perhaps that's just for men? This place also charges a 26% service charge which does NOT go to the server, so you're expected to tip on top of that. Not to mention their bottle service is 1k per bottle and it's literally bottom shelf $60 tequila. I would rather go to Twist any day, and can't recommend this at all. Not to mention the fact that when we left, one of the security guards tried to get my incredibly intoxicated friend's number! The whole club has a predator vibe, my other friend even had their wallet stolen!! Could not stress enough how not worth it...

I Had the best experience at Mr Jones the manager Daniela came up to my table greeted me and didn’t just greet me. She had the best conversation with me and it made me feel so comfortable to be there. I felt like I was at home if you’re looking for amazing time at the most high end hip-hop club Mr Jones is definitely the vibe. Additionally, to Daniela being such amazing manager and giving me great customer service there was a guy named Harold there who brought me girls all of them were 10s as I’m not a creeper, and I do not care for girls at my table, the girls he brought, had such good manners and were having a good time at the table with amazing vibes, then a server named Dayne came to my table And brought the vibes to a whole another level If you go to Jones, you definitely have to request Danye as your server , Oh, and I can’t forget as I’m leaving Stephan the door man and manager gave me his contact and made sure I got home safe then text me when I got home to make sure I was home safe.
