Nick's Pizza South Beach — Restaurant in Miami Beach

I called 36 minutes in advanced and asked if they have vegan cheese pizza ready and they told me they do and it will take 10 minutes to make I let them know I’m on my way and will call when I’m closer to place the order so I can pick it up hot and ready, I call when I’m ten minutes away just for the same employee I talked to earlier to tell me there is no vegan cheese pizza if that’s ok? I drove 36 minutes to specifically get vegan cheese pizza he could have called me back and told me there’s no more vegan cheese. Ridiculous and completely unprofessional. ZERO STARS

UPDATE: THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST PIZZA EVER VEGAN AND NON VEGAN! From the first bite all the way to the crust, my new favorite pizzeria. Miami barely has good vegan pizza let alone with the options to put on vegan pepperoni and or vegan chicken. Best virgin Pina colada I’ve had so far, delicious. I appreciate the customer service Fabian and Julian provided for my husband and I, genuinely friendly people, Very welcoming and kind hearted. They seem like they enjoy what they do. A friend of mine with the initials B M wrote a fabulous review of this place. I wanted to find out for myself how wonderful it is. As he said the young man who is at the cash register named Lenny is extremely nice and so is the whole team. They are very welcoming and helpful with suggestions for your order. They know how to make the perfect, biggest slice in town and the wings here are simply divine. The key to the wings is that they are moist and have plenty of flavor. This is a favorite spot in the neighborhood but the tourists love it too. Tonight a large group wanted to watch Colombia play soccer. Lenny figured out how to down load it on the internet and voila: great pizza, cold beer and Ahhh those wings. I like Korean chicken but I like this more because they are very moist. It’s not fancy but it has a contemporary vibe and for the beach crowd this could not be a better place for families, couples or singles like me to get quality food after a day at the beach or in my case a hard day at work Thanks Brett for recommending this place. I have never read one of your reviews that I didn’t agree with. Also, Brett, LENNY IS THE MAN and my god he is multilingual which is helpful in Miami Beach.

The neighborhood place south of 5th. Lenny and the gang who work there are a happy and dedicated team who try to serve you the best way they can. My life is not complete if I don’t see them. Sometimes on the way home I will just stop in to say a brief hello especially if it’s during a busy time. They always give a shout out or a wave even if I just knock on the window as I passed. The biggest thing I am addicted to here are BBQ chicken WINGS. They are a nice size but more importantly very juicy but at the same time they are cooked through to perfection. Every once in a while I grab an ice cream bar to help me beat the heat as I walk to Alton Rd. It’s a little jewel on FIRST. Of course they don’t have everything but everything they do is done well and with care. The place is immaculate and the team is very hygienic which I watch like a hawk where ever I go.

Remember with all the places here that charge a 20 percent tip here in South Beach- NICKS DOES NOT but the team works just as hard here as the places south of Fifth on Washington. There is a kitty or tip box.
