Me and wife decided to go here yesterday to try a hookah for the first time. When we arrived we were seated inside sobe. I asked politely of we could wait for another table outside because the atmosphere was way better music wasn’t as loud outside And it was a beautiful windy day. Our server kindly said okay and told us we could wait for one because there wasn’t one available. While we were waiting outside, I was hollered and yelled at by a man in a white shirt saying are you going to order food or any drinks? His tone of voice and his demeanor was very passive aggressive, so I responded by saying yes, I was going to do that. I also told him that I didn’t appreciate the way he was asking me it made me not want to. I shouldn’t feel obligated to have to order food or drinks if I’m already paying $50 for a hookah. let’s be honest, eventually, everybody order something to drink. The guy proceeded in telling me to get out and leave. I then told him that I drove from very far away, and I would take whatever table he had available since I was being such an inconvenience. At the end of the day we ended up, sitting back in the original spot, where they first placed us. In my opinion, the guy was very rude and the things he said were unnecessary but to get to the food we ordered chicken tacos that were very dry. Also a side of fries that cost us $10 not to mention at the end, this place charges you a service fee of over $25, it was our first and last time. Attend this place at...

Really nice spot, sat outside right when you walk in so wasn’t able to see what the inside looks like. The wait staff was super friendly and attentive. Hookah was the SMOOTHEST hookah I had (I’m a hookah head so I can tell decent hookah from horrible hookah) hookah flavor is nice and smooth. Only thing about the hookah I felt was off was that it didn’t “hit” as much as I thought it would. It seemed as if the coal had died out pretty quickly. So the buzz was pretty much nonexistent, probably got a quick buzz once from the whole time I was there. Also the price in my opinion was ridiculously expensive. I’m from Houston so hookah over there is typically $15-$18 dollars and then they’ll charge $30 if it’s at a night club in a section and about $13 for hookah happy hour. So to hear that the single flavor hookah was $45 and a mixed flavor was $55 kind of Floored me. The food was amazing. Tasted super good. Though again thought it was definitely overpriced, paid $9 for truffle fries (steak fries with Parmesan garlic sprinkled over it and some oil) for a handful size, not a basket size literally a handful lol. It’s comical how expensive everything was but I think it’s just Miami and how they charge. Otherwise everything was nice. Great spot to just watch people walk and mind their business. I would definitely...

The hookah service was amazing! Whoever the young man was that continuously flipped our coal deserves a raise because he made conversation and checked on us more than our waiter did. The waiter we had was Erik D and seemed like he was uninterested in serving us. He barely checked on us throughout the night and made sure to sell us the overpriced drinks that were disgusting. Hopefully this isn’t how he usually is because the place itself was beautiful. But now we see why it was so empty the entire night. The added gratuity should have went to hookah boy instead because our waiter was more concerned about standing on the sidewalk and talking on his phone rather than making sure we were okay. Every time he came by he just smiled at us. Other waiters stopped and brought us what we needed and asked for a couple of times. All of us who visited tonight also work in the restaurant business and understand how it is. But this was just poor service. Hopefully management can retrain this employee. Because this was the worst night of our vacation. Knowing that he got a gratuity without doing work and other staff had to cover...

I recently visited sobe hookah that excelled even in windy conditions. Despite the weather, this establishment had a remarkable solution to retain coal heat and distribute it evenly, making it a must-visit for hookah enthusiasts. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff created a great experience. Their extensive hookah menu offered a wide range of flavors and blends, resulting in a consistently smooth and enjoyable smoke. What truly set this place apart was its innovative approach to combat the wind. They had a special contraption that shielded the coals from gusts, effectively retaining heat and ensuring even distribution. The outdoor seating allowed us to enjoy the breeze without coal stability concerns. Great music enhanced the ambiance, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and conversation. In conclusion, this hookah place seamlessly combined excellent service, a diverse hookah menu, and a clever solution for windy conditions, making it a hidden gem for a top-notch hookah experience.

Sol at SoBe Hookah is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming energy set the tone for a fantastic experience. She’s incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was perfect—from the setup to the flavor balance. The hookah she prepared was smooth, flavorful, and expertly crafted. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her guests. If you’re looking for top-tier service and a flawless hookah session, ask for Sol—you won’t be disappointed! Also, Camila R is a total standout at SoBe Hookah! Her friendly demeanor instantly made me feel at home, and her service was top-notch from start to finish. She checked in regularly, made sure everything was just right, and brought such a positive vibe to the whole experience. It’s clear she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it shows in the way she treats her guests. If you’re lucky enough to have Camila taking care of you, you’re in for a great night!
