GOGO FRESH DOWNTOWN — Restaurant in Miami

I informed the girl who could barely understand me that there’s a problem with the Uber eats menu. She says OK and hangs up on me. Yep. Hung up. “Byyyye” she said. So I call back. She immediately puts me on hold and never comes back. So I call a third time. She picks up the phone. She says that she checked the menu and it’s fine. Apparently her way of handling that was to simply hang the phone up on me in the middle of the conversation. But she didn’t check the menu. She could barely speak English. She has no idea what I’m talking about. So I asked to speak to somebody else. A man picked up the phone. “Habla Espanol?” he says. I tell him no. I’m in the United States currently. Are you guys kidding? Your Uber eats menu has duplicate items / errors on it. Check the salads with options. There are Sprouts and s Alfalfa Sprouts listed separately. Part of my question was to know if those were the same thing or two different things. She had no idea what my question meant. It makes it impossible to order accurately. I was waiting for a friend seating outside and a guy came after 5 seconds to say I couldn’t seat there, that the seats were only for customers. I explained I was a customer (regular one actually), that I was just waiting for a friend to order the food inside. He said I couldn’t be there so I think I’m not coming back at all even though I live right across the street. I understand the rules but I do not look like a homeless to be treated like one. We went to the other empanadas place one block away for our afternoon treat.

I have just one word and that’s PHENOMENAL! Being a vegan it’s difficult sometimes finding options that adhere to my dietary preference. But Luckily GOGO fresh has this amazing vegan empanada that is to die for. Notably there have multiple meat options that are also mouth watering as well but the vegan Quinoa empanada satisfys my taste buds. Inside is stuffed with Quinoa, corn, vegan cheese and red peppers and it’s packs such a burst of flavor it’s super surprising how good it taste .
